Eya has a smaller hole in the neck and I couldn't get a hook through and doing so would mess up the restringing I just did But here is Sara on the RS double jointed (older, with cup joints) body I think it looks great, though the neck is muscular and strong, one of my favorite people in the world has exactly this body shape and rocks it (narrow shoulders and a ballerina's neck) I couldn't quite close her head cap but other than that, here she is

 

Ooh congratulations on their arrival! And thank you SO MUCH for posting the blank pics - I've been really wanting to know what the Eya head looked like without the face-up, and wow, she looks great, doesn't she? And it's good to know the heads look so good on the RS body too - definitely a winner! Well, that's all something to consider when I'm in a position to add to my fashion doll sized army.

 

I still have a lot of other bodies to try out properly. I have another type of RS body, a mei but the Fairyland bodies are a bit of a pain as you have to completely unstring them. I restrung that body today but now I'm so pooped, I don't know if I want to struggle with the FL dolls Soon, I will have two withdoll JWD and the new RS Shi body. Can't wait to see how that'll work out

Thelmas head was also difficult, so I used a hemostat to clamp it, remove the s hook, and replace it on the inside of the head. You could probably just use a ribbon threaded into the neck elastic, pull the ribbon through the head, then remove the s hook and pull the ribbon up.

I'm curious, how does the neck size of the Rong body compare to the Mei body? That's the single jointed one I have my Thelma on! I was also considering buying a Rong body for a future hybrid.

And I definitely can't wait to see the hybrid with the bodies you are waiting on!

I'l be able to try a Minifee hybrid when my Thelma head arrives, as I already have one strung without the neck connector (she has a Unoa head) - so I can take photos then if that helps, but still no sign of my shipping notice, so who knows when mine will arrive! I did order a few wigs and things too, I hope they're not the thing slowing it down if they're out of stock, hmm... But anyway, I'll definitely photograph any other hybrids I can do when mine arrives!

Meanwhile, I'm wondering how the Eya head would look on the Resinsoul Sui body - could that head look good as a dragon/demon boy??? I wonder!

Thank you! I haven been able to bring myself to un string my minifeeto get the neck connector off because of how tight she is. I'm worried I won't get her back, lol!

I'm also curious how the Eya head will look on the Sui body!

LOL, oooops! Shi body! I conflate the two. I'm interested in both, but I'm thinking Sui might be too large. I have the old single joint, and it looks a bit big.

 

Oh, Shi is incoming so when it arrives, some time late next month or early June? I'll do that right away

Actually, I ordered February 24 and Sun said 2 months, so .... should arrive soonish? I mean, if they're on time. I just sent an email requesting a sample of their normal resin color

And I now have Erico and Jaden in my cart at Dollmore, LOL. I can't afford them but oooooh do I want them!

 

I really, really wanna see a blank Erico. I have other doll plans I'm working on atm, but I'm definitely wanting to add another to my little fam, just need to narrow down a victim candidate! Right now I've narrowed it down to Eya, Erico, Mika, and Hayon. Well, I'm pretty sure I'll be buying Hayon, so it's really the other three to buy along with, lol!

 

Well, I think I might get Erico painted if I get her on the Dollmore body. I like the Dollmore boy body, so Jaden would be on that most likely too. I just wish they came in Suntan!

 

Suntan would be soooooo nice! I think I'm edging towards Erico when I do buy one. I was curious how it would look on my male FMD body! Hayon I really wanna try on a female body, but I don't know if he'll be larger or smaller than Thelma. If larger, I might be able to try a larger female body... =stares at Raccoondoll= Or at least a Resinsoul boy body. Thelma just... does not work on it. Chris' head is even smaller than Thelma!

Man, now I'm really wanting to go ahead and purchase them, lolol!

 

Oh man, I think Raccoon Dolls are the same size as Iplehouse FID and I don't think that you can possibly fit a Dollmore FMD head on them, they're closer to a small SD than these Fashion dolls. Their wig sizes, male are a bit bigger than 6" and female just under 6" so my doll's wigs are 5/6 and 6/7 vs 4/5 for Dollmore, And they are way taller as well, like 3-4" taller.

There is something about that prominent adam's apple on the boy bodies that used to turn me off, but now make me want that body, ROFL. I don't know why I've changed my mind about it?? But I think it's so realistically cool now instead of geeky.

 

Oh, I tried Thelma on my RD body and it looks great from the front! But the neck joint is a little large, so it doesn't sit the best. But I've also noticed that the heads all have different sizes, haha! So it's sorta a gamble. I want to hope the Hayon is larger than Thelma, or at least closer to her size than Chris, and it might work well. However, Chris' neck joint groove is a bit larger than Thelma's, so there's that. Such a toss up!

Hrmm... I should totally try Chris' head on my RD body =flails=

I should specify, I mean female RD bodies... male RD... yeah... NOPE, not gonna happen, haha!

 

Oh, OK Well, if you ever are able to put them together, please do share. Erico is so pretty IMO She is definitely next on my list

I practiced painting the two heads I got tonight. As far as my abilities go, I did an OK job, as good as I do on bigger heads. I wish I could do better but since I'm no artist, I'm satisfied that I can do this, I think. I photoshopped (actually Gimped) eyes in because I figured they'd be a bit creepy without eyes, but I'm not so sure I made it any better, LOL

They really are beautiful sculpts. If I can get them to look good on the bodies I bought I'll be super happy

LOL, thanks @TasiaChiba !! Well, I just found out my ResinSoul Shi bodies are already on their way and should arrive on Thursday, so I can try them out on those bodies soon. I can't wait!!! Though I do hope they will work out on the Withdoll bodies.
