      Absolutely...he is soooo amazing, gorgeous & the clothes are so detailed and intricate.

      I placed two orders as two dolls didn't fit in one box. One order (including one of the dolls) was shipped within a week and the other order (with the other doll, the Zaoll) was shipped within two weeks.

      Yes, both the dolls and the clothes and eyes.

      Yes, very much. I asked for certain wigs to be shipped with the dolls (Dollmore allows that for the default wig) and I was sent two beautiful wigs that were what I asked for. Only one wig was too large for the doll's head.
      The freebies were great too.

      I'm not going to complain about a too large wig that fits very well on one of my other dolls. ;)

      Very good, the response the Q&A board was fast.

      Well, I accidentally sent my order in three times because I did not know the screen would just go blank, and then I had an error screen with paypal, which was very alarming. But everything went through all right in the end.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      18 days. Faster than I expected--although winter holidays meant that I had to wait from December 24th to December 29th before the post would actually deliver her, even though she had arrived in my city. Oh, the agony!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes, I would say so.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      I looked long and hard at many, many pictures of the Lisa Rubik sculpt, and none of them prepared me for just how ravishing she was. The clothes and shoes were also nicer in person.

      The doll is fantastic! There was some fraying on a bow on the dress that I ordered, and one of the shoes has a tight buckle, but otherwise they are great. So yes, I am quite satisfied.

      It was my first Group Order. I got a Dollmore Kid Suntan Asha and some clothe for her, white sandals, and an umbrella as well. Then there is also many many things that everyone else ordered from clothes to props to a large variety of eyes.

      It was good! A couple of things were sold out and they informed me quickly and always acknowledged that they got my response.

      Very! Due to a shopping cart limit I had to join up 3 separate orders. They joined them no problem, gave me free shipping, and sent me a paypal invoice. All I had to do was pay that invoice through paypal! Also I'd like to add that they send out detailed order receipts with pictures of everything you ordered... very handy!

      * How long did it take to ship?

      I ordered on the 19th. She was mailed out on the 30th. She was delayed to getting mailed out due to some things being out of stock in the order. Then she arrived here today, January 4th!

      Even better. Their prices are FANTASTIC for the quality! My girl is so beautiful... and they sent her with the proper wig and eyes... for only $260! <3 I would have paid much more for her! The clothes are lovely, the shoes are great, and I love her little working parasol! <3

      Better. Much better. She's so stunning in person! In the sales pictures her cheeks look really round and I was worried she'd be too kiddy, but she's so much more mature looking in person! The cheeks really don't stand out that bad at all! Her gentle smile suits her character perfectly! <3 There is not a single picture on the internet that I have seen that does this lovely girl any justice. I'm blown away. Also the tan resin is just lovely! And the wig is stunning, too! I was going to get a replacement for her... but I think that this wig is just too perfect to replace now that I've seen it in person! <3

      I received shipping notice on January 12, so 4 days after ordering. I received my package on January 15.

      Yes, I'm very satisfied with the items I received. The quality is good and most of the smaller items (ie: tights) were quite inexpensive. The more expensive items, such as boots and jackets, have a lot of nice detailing, linings, etc.

      Only twenty days since order until arrival of the BJD and he came blushed and faced up. Franky, my normal skin Glamor Model Doll - Nayuta Kenzo, arrived (Just a day after my birthday) quickly home on Tuesday, December 29th, 2009.

      For sure, I am deeply glad with the great quality Dollmore items have.

      The most similar thing to a problem, the items which seemed to be in stock in my wishlist that in fact were out. It had an easy and satisfying solution by swapping them for other of same price. The estrange thing, lately every time I place a Dollmore order it keeps on my shopping cart after done, so I check out if rightly made and then I remove the items, still there, from it.

      I already did a good amount of times and it is only a matter of time that I will again.

      I did not think pretty much about it, but depending on what and its condition I guess I would.​


      Besides...

      Some other important points:

      - Fair deal: Dollmore always informed me about the requirements of their 2009 Christmas Event I was in.

      - Shipping fee and discounts: One package of the three orders I made during Dollmore 2009 Christmas Event got the shipping cost for free and I got Model doll - 30inch BJD Carrage Bag (Goth Black) almost for the half of its general price.

      - Good care: The package was carefully wrapped, the wig was the one I chose and, although the color of his eyes was different from the one I requested I absolutely love them. Besides, they kindly attached to my package some items I asked them for in the last minute.

      - Blushing: I madly love the work they made.

      - Assembling completion: Franky arrived completely assembled, maked up and with manual and certificate.

      - Stated measurements: Glamor Model Doll &#8211; Nayuta Kenzo's measurements told on Dollmore store are quite accurate to the ones my Nayuta Kenzo has and still fit what I wanted.

      - Gifts: I fell in love with their 2010 calendar. I was lucky to take part in Dollmore 2009 Christmas Event. They sent me a gift sack with every of the three orders I made from them during then.​


      FEEDBACK CONCLUSION: A very nice and highly recommended store and service.
