How was the communication?
Excellent. I forgot to order one item (MSD leggins) that I really wanted and when I messaged them on their site, they added it and gave me my new price including the free shipping and with my points included. So freaking easy.

How easy was it to pay?
Too easy. It's always too easy, they have my wallet hostage =_=

How long did it take to ship?
One week!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Oh yes. Fine is my 6th DM doll, if i didnt like the quality, I would have stopped at one. Plus, free gifts are always fun!

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Well, i ordered her with no faceup so no. But she's so freaking gorgeous in person I would say she looks better than she does on the site! I was really expecting a waif, but she's really big! she's got some meat on her bones XD which i was hoping for, so I'm happy.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Very satisfied. I love her.

Would you order from this company again?
Of course. I have another doll I'm planning on ordering soon^^

Clothes yes, dolls...only if the deal was reeeeeally good. I like ordering from Dollmore, they are by far my favorite company.

Yup.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
The underwear outfit is perfect. The scarf is bigger than I thought it would be and I wonder if it'll fit my MSD, but it looks like the picture. The little cake I bought is very pretty! The ice cream cone is not what I thought it would be; it looks better in the pictures than it really is, but it's not terrible. It's sort of... squishy.

Overall, yes. They sent me a cookie.

This is the amazing thing, to me. Just barely a week from order to receipt. International. Amazing!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think the quality was ABOVE the price point, frankly. NICE, nice boots, and they tucked an extra pair of innersoles into the bag. And the clothing is very well made and quite inexpensive as well. I continue to be more and more impressed with Dollmore.

Exactly.

Totally!

Yes, absolutely. I don't even mind the shipping much, because there's such a thing as nearly-instant gratification and fun little extras in the box every time

Dolls, definitely; clothes and boots, depending on how well they've been cared for.

I originally had the problem others have had, in being confused by the PayPal screen and ordering twice--after some time (it took about two weeks, but it was over Xmas) in their Q&A forum my whole order was successfully cancelled and I re-ordered. This time the transaction was smooth as silk=) so I take the blame for the confusion myself!

All MSD: Two hoodies, black leggings, two pairs of shoes, a wig, a pair of 14mm glass eyes, and two sets of extra elastic.

How was the communication?
Didn't need to communicate; the whole process went smoothly

How easy was it to pay?
Very! Via paypal. I'm used to ordering by sending the payment along with my order number, so I didn't wait for the invoice by accident XD; But they still got it~

How long did it take to ship?
It arrived February 2nd... So 9 days, really fast! And technically it should be lowered to 7... I ordered the two days Dollmore was gone, and the stupid mailman was too lazy to hand me the package, so I had to pick it up the next day xB

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! I love everything! At first I was regretting spending "so" much on the stuff, but after seeing it, I'm so happy I got them 3

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Everything but the eyes. x: I was expecting something rather green and deep, but instead it was very blue and deep. They're still amazing, I'm absolutely hooked on glass eyes, and the quality is great
I also got a free pair of acrylic eyes, which were this really nice, bright lavender/purple-y color. Past reviews I've read say they look "cheap" but in my opinion they're the same quality as my boy's default eyes that are also acrylic o:

Yes! The second I saw my boy in his new wig... this was exactly what I wanted for him. It's a bit big (I guess Dollmore dolls have big heads?) but I'd rather it be too big than too small (And it's nothing a silicon wig cap or velcro couldn't fix~)

Depends on their condition; although I'd probably buy their glass eyes second hand so I have a better idea of the color I'm getting

Easy since it was an invoice but the shopping cart confused me and I ended up having extra orders which had to be deleted.

I placed my order on Jan 18 and received the invoice within 5 hours. The doll head shipped out Jan 25 (6 days later) and arrived here on Jan 27. A total of 9 days!

Yes, very nice quality doll.

* How easy was it to pay? I was a little confused about how to pay with PayPal, but shortly after I sent them an email, they sent me an invoice, which was easily paid with a few clicks.

Yes, but I was not happy they bent the carrier in half to put it inside of the box, it would have fit at a diagonal, the other carrier I got did, and this one is a gift for a friend. But it was easy to straighten out.
