      The first order of two broaches was shipped out two days later, affived just under a week later. the second order of the outfit was shipped a week later and took a week to arrive (2 days of this were waiting for customs inspection).

      There was a small problem with a duplicate order accidentaly happening to me accidental refreshing the page, it was sorted and the duplicate was sorted quickly via leaving a message on their customer service board.

      * How was the communication? Good, they sent me an invoice a day after I ordered and also sent me an email telling me they shipped my order. I also asked for 14mm eyes in green or blue (as my free gift) and they ended up giving me eyes of that size in turquoise! xD

      They shipped out 2 days after payment was confirmed, then it took about 2 days to get here (minus weekend)

      Yeah... The jean shorts were pretty detailed; had a zipper and everything.

      Yes, for the most part. Some clothes, like the kimono, were a bit big on my boy though... One of the sunglasses lens popped out of the frame quickly after I handled it... -_-

      * How was the communication? Good, I inquired about my order after not receiving PayPal invoice and they replied very quickly that the invoice was sent - PayPal just took a bit longer to notify me, I guess.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy (PayPal).
      * How long did it take to ship? Shipment notice received on March 15, 2010.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? I would say about 90 - 95% for the eyes. The sox, yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, the sox are very soft and nicely made and hemmed; however, the eyes were a little 'muted' and not as clear strong colour as in the promo pictures.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I would not file a complaint for this, in my opinion, the eyes still look very lovely and I will definitely use them on my dolls. My boy is already wearing his new sox.
      * Would you order from this company again? Certainly.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes, if the item was in good condition.

      Overall good impression. As I have purchased 5 pairs of eyes, I received another pair for free. I was quite excited about that. The 'free' pair of eyes I received are very nice pink colour (not my style, but pretty) except that they are not same shade - one eye seems somewhat darker than the other >.< If I ever decide to use pink eyes, I think it would be interesting as I don't mind little differences; but someone else might be quite dissappointed with this. In any case, I am mearly stating my observations, not really complaining :) I will definitely purchase from Dollmore again.

      Very good on the Q & A board. My questions were answered within 12 or so hours.

      There was some difficulty since this was my first time ordering from Dollmore and I didn't know credit card payments didn't work to well with Firefox, but, Dollmore helped me through the process.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Three weeks, but from the moment it shipped, three days, not including the weekend.

      Definitely.

      For the most part, yes. The face-up looked a bit rushed, but it could have just been the artist's style.

      Indeed! The dolls were both very beautiful!

      The payment was a bit wonky, but Dollmore actually cut off all of the shipping, and not just the shipping for one box. It was originally going to be 865, but got cut down to 785! So yay for good deal. I also got a lot of free swag, and that's always appreciated.

      * How long did it take to ship? Very fast! Shipping notice was given on March 19th that they would ship on March 20th. She made it here in 5 business days...arriving on March 26th. All in all, 10 business days from order placement to package arrival.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely! They packaged her perfectly.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Definitely! They threw in a bunch of gifts including: D-Glass Eyes, a lovely wig, a scarf, a towel, a button, a postcard, a sticker, and a large calendar. As a note: if you want a specific gift (e.g. the Dollmore and D-Glass Eyes qualified for), just request the ones you want specifically. I have never had a problem with receiving the free gift items I requested. Additionally, I requested the specific wig and eyes I wanted my Zaoll to have and they had no problem carrying through with that. :)

      Via email, non existent. My email was never answered. However, posting on the Q&A board on the website garnered fairly timely responses to questions.I did not however receive any email shipping notification nor confirmation of my order.

      How easy was it to pay?
      It was fairly easy once they sent the invoice to the right paypal account.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Here's where there's a slight problem. I wasn't aware that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked for a few days. I don't mind waiting but I would have liked to have seen something on the item itself when ordering so I would know. I did have to ask them about shipping and that was when I was told about the delay. It would have been nice if I was told this when I ordered or someone at least notified me of the delay.They did however ship the item when they said they would and I received it about 3 days later (12th April).

      Yes I believe it is.

      I had a lot of problems ordering through the site. The biggest was that it gave me a blank page after hitting checkout. I did attempt to email to enquire if they received my order but got no response. I then posted on their Q&A board and was told that I had placed duplicate orders but that they had cancelled one of them. If they got their website working properly, I might consider giving them another go.

      Excellent. I messaged them on their Q&A (on their site they say they do not respond as well to email as they do the Q&A. Always use this section to ask questions) twice, once to request an invoice (which I got an answer to literally within minutes) and once to ask about shipping times.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Way too easy. Dollmore has gotten a large chunk of my money since joining this hobby.

      How long did it take to ship?
      almost a month. The WS Adam body was out of stock and it took a bit longer than normal. But compared to the over 10 week wait from Fairyland I'm still in, it was nothing.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      of course. If it wasn't I wouldn't own 7 of their dolls.

About a week, because they didn't tell me something in my order was backordered and wouldn't be restocked until... after the time I needed the order by. xX; But they did inform me when I asked when it would ship, and allowed me to substitute something else for the backordered item. Once it shipped, it was very fast - it took less than four days to get here (here being NYC, USA).

      Usually they have good quality for the price, but there are exceptions.

      One guitar was thicker than I got the impression of in the pics, but they have actually added a pic where you see how it really looks now.
      One pair of pants were not the same fabric as in the pics, but it was still the same model/size.

      Absolutely. With everything I've gotten from Dollmore, one or two mistakes is nothing.
