    3. hahaha! my blue expensive-bare-butt is sitting on the bureau near me right now. but he's a bargain compared to super-expensive Volks SDGou dressed- to- the- nines next to him. I guess Mr Blue will get a fundoshi of sorts for public photos. (although I think we can get away with paint as clothing most of the time!)

    4. True, I read about what everyone is buying for their new doll, eyes and wigs and something to wear when they get home. Mr. Azure as he will be called is already dressed and comes with eyes. I think it is the most minimal full set you can imagine and YES he is worth it. :love


      I have some really soft worn t-shirt material that I may make a fundoshi out of, actually it is a very cool (an sexy) way to 'dress' him.

    5. Years ago I bought a Dollmore Glamour Model female Eva Louise. She was a strange doll - difficult to do anything with due to her overly large chest and I was not taken with her. I sold her body and was stuck with a head that I didnt know what to do with. I tried to sell it and even at a ridiculously low price of $50 complete with face up no-one wanted her. I asked my friend Takhisis if she could do something with her existing face up so that I could try to bond with her, and bought her a Mirodoll body to hybrid. I figured if I still hated her I would stand at least a chance of selling on her body. She is finally all complete, although a new OT doll has 'borrowed' some of her new clothes until she has her own. I m glad to say she is going nowhere now, I really like the sculpt she has become, and am looking forward to doing more with her now (although I plan to get her a new DM body eventually). Takhisis did an amazing job, and she is IMO a gorgeous girl. I am sooo glad no-one wanted my $50 head :D

    10. I used PayPal's 6 months no interest to pay off my layaway and get my Blue Epoch Nayuta Kenzo early. 6 months no interest is a good as layaway for me. This way maybe I'll get him before my birthday instead of at Christmas. Now I'm wiggling:dance with anticipation. The long wait has grown shorter but more intense.

PayPal credit is kind of separate from PayPal and you can pay the credit with anything you have on your PayPal account. I haven't tried paying any other way but my PayPal account, but I do have a credit card option on my PayPal and I think I can choose it to pay.

      Very pretty! I love the outfits and sets!!



      So my first doll ever turned 7 exactly two weeks ago....and I missed it. I try to do good with him (only heh heh) because I count it as my hobby anniversary too. Oops. I haven't really had time to do much with dolls and when I have had a tiny bit of time, no inspiration. I have to say, photographing him was a good reminder of why he's my favorite, and why I got in the hobby!

      It's been a long winter and cold, wet spring. No energy to do much these days. I hear ya!
