    1. Ooo, I love how intense Hrolf looks! And YAY! :dance :cheer :dance I can't wait to see your blue man! I so want him and the brown one, but I barely got Yarn Sae paid off... :sweat I keep hoping they'll stick around long enough for me to finally get them. Blue's my favorite color, so mr. blue there really got my attention! (but after I'd put Yarn Sae on lay away)

      heh heh... got so excited over Blue Epoch, I forgot to ask Sapphire: Is that perhaps, Love Potion Number Nine? ;)

      sapphirestargazer: he is a bit mysterious with those half-closed eyes and stern expression. I never know what he's thinking.

      Grouchy Gnome      : yes, that wig is really cool. not too poofy, does whatever you want. mohair goodness. factory face + some tweaking by me.

      This is my Dollmore Mio, her name is Nagisa. Actually I'm kind of shy to post this photo because it was made in really bad light and I guess I could do it better and my Photoshop skill is... okay, whatever.
      I tell you what - it's really difficult to make her photos. First when I've tried to do this she looked with really wild eyes and indecently opened mouth (despite of looking like a poor cute kitten in real life xDDD). But now she looks better and it makes me happy. Sort of...
      The seocond thing is oh Dollmore, why you don't sell Zaoll body. Because I don't like her body because of her too long legs and too big breast for her innocent personality.
      The third thing about her is impossibility to make her photos also because of eye size. She has 14 mm eyes and i really like this size, but it looks like two black holes on photos. PAIN. Photoshop saves the world, yes, but I feel kind of uncomfortable realizing this fact about her "black holes". I can't explain that. There is no Dollmore's fault, of couse, my DoD Ivan has the same problem with 14 mm eyes, but if 12 mm eyes suit him and everything is okay, so they don't suit her AT ALL.
      And the last thing is her teeth. I haven't expected them to be so... big? If I put them off her mouth looks "empty". If I put them in I just don't really like it. I wish they were smaller and higher, but I can't change their... ehm... height?
      Although I've just written bad aspects of my opinion about her, I really love her. She has an interesting sculpt and she's just cute. But I wish I could exchange her body for Zaoll body.

      Sorry for this really bad photo, but this is the only photo where she looks like in real life. =_______= I guess I should practise in making her photos

    7. Mio is very cute!

      Try a light at eye level, like a desk lamp, to light her eyes, even in daylight. It does not need to be aimed at her, just to provide more light at eye level.

    10. Hi everyone! For those who have the tattooed dolls like Nayuta Kenzo, how do you find the blushing/ tattooing holding up around the joints? Have you done anything to like sueding or spraying additional sealant to help it hold up? I've been going back & forth in my mind for months over Blue Epoch- so dreamy! I'm about to cave; I can feel it.

      It's doing fine for mine. I haven't done anything to help it either.
      But then, I don't pick him up and play with him a whole lot...
      The tattoos are incised, so they won't rub off. Just the colored blushing is what may rub off.

    15. Beautiful dolls, everyone! I'm very intrigued by the tattoo dolls, especially now that I know the tattoos are actually incised into the resin. It must be similar to how the facial hair is incised into the resin of the bearded versions of IMPL Gnaeus and Marcus. It creates an awesome texture.

      taecelle your Izabella is absolutely beautiful! I am in love with the black resin. It makes me happy to see Dollmore doing resin in this colour because with Dollmore you know it's going to be a great quality. :)

      Simiram, your girl is really cute! The suggestion I'm going to offer about indoor portraits is this: Place the light not at eye level, but slightly above eye level, and at a 45-degree angle to your subject. Shining the light directly on her can create really sharp shadows or really harsh light, and may make your photo look flat. Do you have a flash on your camera? If so, it's good to use it in low light situations. Using your flash in the proper way can improve photos quite a lot. This might help you out.

      Even in extremely low light, it's possible to get definition and colour in the eyes using light at the right angle. In this photo the light was slightly above him, in front and off to the side.

      A while ago Dan arrived with a broken leg. I couldn't get myself to restring him completely, I will try this with MSD size beforehand... But at least here he is now, sprawled out on the floor, for the first time with his new leg on! It's not a great picture, but I am so happy I fiinally got around to exchanging the leg (I had such a mental block and then this was the easiest thing *sigh*).
      And here's a closeup of the default faceup & manicure (not sure about the eyes & wig yet, eyes are safrindoll now and wigs are both dollmore)

      Those Lions are pretty awesome~ I think I would prefer a smaller snout but that's a minor critique. =v=
      but maybe now that I look at it, the length is right for a more lion-like head, but the size if the head itself is rather large. o3o

      My gosh he's handsome in black though. I would get the black if I were to get one.

    20. I love the black one too, but I'm not an anthro person...and I'm done with 70cm dolls. I don't think the snout is all that big tbh, but it looks larger in proportion to the body - which amazes me. I feel like the shoulders on the glamor male are huge. Maybe just to me.

      But I think they're pretty fabulous! And unexpected. All these cat dolls, who would have ever thought!

      They need to do a kitten now - dear doll sized. I would so buy that.
