Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     4. Hey everyone, I know it's not directly on-topic for Lusions, but I think it's really exciting that Dollmore has now come out with essentially a mini-Lusion doll called Illua Doll!

      IMO the Illua Doll body proportions look very similar to Lusion size dolls, which I like a lot!
      I love that the Dahlia sculpt is now available in a different size because she has such a versatile face! I hope they do other Lusion sculpts (I'd love to see Daish) and possibly some Trinity sculpts in the future.

    6. Congrats on getting the layaway paid off so early!! That's fantastic and so exciting. I will tell Dollmore that we'd like to see more Lusion sculpts in Illua size! I'm very tempted to buy this mini Dahlia so I can photograph her with my Lusion Dahlia haha

    14. I have to say thank you to all who spam pictures of their girls. I've been eyeing Dollmore Lusions for a bit and I didn't know that they offer a year layaway. Might have to get one after my current layaway for my Souldoll Phiel is paid off.

      Also does anyone have a comparsion shot of a Lusion and a Spritdoll 1/2 size? I'm just curious to see what they look like together.

    18. Are you looking for one for Lusion? I think she needs a 13.5. If I remember correctly! There are a lot of wigs made for non-BJDs. Monique, Kemper and Global make wigs.There are also human hair wigs available at a higher cost of course.

    19. Human hair wigs ARE pricey, but so worth it! The ones I have are from Dollsmanepage.com. They're heavy and very well-made. And the way they're wefted makes it easier to style them. They're not swen in strips, but in small clumps, so there's fuller coverage all over. Honestly, I've seen mohair wigs go for just as much or nearly so. I guess you're always gonna pay more for natural fiber. :)

      In other news, paid off my second Lusion in the beginning of July, and it is now the beginning of September. Been faithfully stalking the Dollmore site every day to see if the status has changed to shipped yet. In a week or so I might send a question to Dollmore and gently remind them that I DID pay off my year layaway six months early, and their usual turnaround time to have a doll is two months, so...

      Gah! This whole patiently waiting thing is always so HARD! XD
