1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Dollmore Lusion Discussion - Part V!

Aug 13, 2014

    1. Hello! Would anyone happen to know what kids clothing/shoe sizes would fit on a Dollmore Lusion boy?

    2. My girl wears:
      European toddler size 22
      UK toddler size 5
Which I think translates as American todder size 6..???

      Teddy

    3. It depends on the brand too. I typically can get away with size 5 us for my girl.

    4. It definitely depends on the brand a little, but about the ballpark of what Teddy said. I have 5's and 6's of varying degrees of fit.

    5. Thank you!

    6. Good Hunting!

      Teddy

    7. you're very welcome!

    8. Are the Lusion dolls blank or full sets?

    9. The Lusions all come with a certain outfit, but getting the face-up is optional. It used to be included.

    10. Thanks, that's good to know. I was going to buy the dress separately if they were blank dolls.

    11. Dollmore does sell a lot of the outfits separately now. It depends which one you want though, I guess.

    12. Hello Guys !
I just received my Lusion doll but i have a little problem as i don"t know how to attach the feet , is there any video tutorial around ? do i need a tool in particular ?

    13. @Timothy They really should include instructions about this -

Pull on one of the bits sticking out from the ankles. They should have a loop of the elastic at the end that's inside the leg.

Take the loop off the piece you just pulled out of the leg,
Thread it through the slot in the ankle "ball"
Hook it over the hook piece on the foot.

      Repet for other leg

      Hope this helps

    14. Thanks a lot Teddy ! but i think i need a tool to thread it inside the ankle ball right ?

    15. Nope, just post the loop through the slot.

If you're woried about it fitting through the slot, put a piece of string through the loop of elastic and use that to pull the elastic through the slot, but unless the elastic is VERY tightly strung, it shouldn't be an issue (although having a piece of string or strong ribbon through the elastic might be a good precaution in case you let go of the elastic nd it pings back inside the leg).

    18. Congratulations on receiving your Lusion and for managing to put all pieces together. It's a bit hard to add her hands and legs, like a real workout, but after a bit experience, everything becomes easier. Beside some kitchen tools, i use chopsticks and a solid texture ribbon to secure the elastic, just in case my fingers cannot brear the pressure anymore and i need to relax a bit. Lusions are a little easier so put together, but the Trinities are a great challenge especially for small people like me, you will see what i mean when you will receive your big and beautiful girl.

    19. *sneaks in here* it’s been a long time coming but I’ll be getting a lusion dahlia soon! She should be shipping this week. I’ve already been thrifting some kids clothes for her. I’m excited. I’ve been wanting one for a few years now.
