Guh he's so beautiful! Everytime I see someone's Kyle pics, I fall more and more in love with him. He's definitely the doll I want, hands down!

Is that a DM wig he's wearing?

 

Yeah, I think it's called Dandy? It's the normal SD size and it fits him well. Kasper has a major attitude problem, there's definatly something he's hiding, something in his eyes...

 

Good luck with your Kyle, post loads of pics when you get him, you'll be thrilled with him. I think a lot of people are hesitant because the DM photos make him look soooo femanin, but he a real mans man at heart. He's got the most masculine hands and feet I've ever seen!

My Limhwa is about 57cm and she looks very petite next to Isamu. E-an is taller, I think, and yes she'll definitely look younger and fragile compared to Kyle ^^ All the best in your Kyle fund! Dollmore has wonderful customer service, so it would probably be a good experience for your first doll, as was mine ^^

 

I think if you're sure they will fit, maybe it's a good plan to at least get clothes. Clothes do go out of stock so maybe if you wait for the doll something you like won't be there - plus you'll want to be getting him dressed right away when he comes. Not sure about wigs unless you know exactly what you want, maybe seen it on another Model Boy doll.

 

I'll try my best to figure out all the measurements atleast, and make sure they'll fit before hand, I do want my Tristyn to have lots of clothes when he arrives.

 

All I've been doing is staring at Isamu! He's such a gorgeous gorgeous doll, and he's one of the better dressed Kyle Reese's I've seen. It's only right to shower him with compliments, he's beautiful.

I can't believe he's the thicker built Kyle, he seems so slender! I want the thin build, and the poor thing is gonna look like a waif. Oh well, that's what I want.

Ooooh I love your Limhwa, she's gorgeous! Infact I'm convinced that if I ever get a second female doll (after my E-an) it will be her. Tristyn's going to be surrounded by some beautiful ladies, lol.

I don't mind if he looks feminine, I'm more concerned about finding the perfect wig for him, as everything I've seen has been either too long, too short, too straight, and all the wrong color. Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually.

 

I'm another extremely satisfied Kyle owner and he was also my first.
Kyle's wear 8-9 wigs, Luts and D.O.D have a nice selection also.

If you're into the big dolls then Kyle is a great choice. My Erebos poses like a dream, after sueding he does almost everything I want him to. The only thing he can't do is bring his knees up toward his chest, but that's immediatly overshadowed by all the things he can do! He also has a point of movement on the upper arm near the shoulder that I've never seen elsewhere before so he can pivot his arms without moving the shoulder in the socket. The only setback I have with him is that he's huge. 71cm= 2 feet, 2 inches and he's kind of heavy, so unless I'm going to a meet-up or a friend's house Erebos stays home. If you are going to be traveling with him like to meet-ups I do suggest buying one of their Model Doll carriers.

Oh I've been admiring Erebos as well, he's amazingly gorgeous, and I'm in love with his eyes! Did you request his skin paler? Or is that just how it looks in pics? The DM Kyle pics show him with a pretty rosy glow. I don't want him too rosy, or
too pale, somewhere inbetween.

I don't mind his size, I think it'll be easier to sew clothes for him if he's bigger. I've been searching around like mad for the right wigs for him. I'm trying to find something, without bangs, that's chestnut colored...not an easy feat!

I love the poses I've seen him do in all the pics I've seen, he looks so alive!

I think Erebos (very handsome doll, btw ) is a Limited version ---- I forgot the whole name of the package (sorry! ) --- and he comes in white skin.

Dechanique, ur not the only one who wud like to see a more' broad shouldered' male doll emerge. I myself am longing to see one as tall as the Dollshe boys & the like, but alil more buff..not all boys of 16+17 are lanky + sinuey...I remember well.....hahaHA! x

I want a masculine doll to go with my feminine doll..Yukinojou is as masculine as they get so far, & not only is he MORBIDLY expensive & difficult to acquire, but I'm not so sold on his face or his comparitive lack of height....damn it's hard being so spoiled for choice! Nah, I can't help but think it's simply a matter of time b4 the bjd MEN come along...they'll have to be in the pipelines as we speak, i reckon...

Anybody know if kyle and the rest of the model boys are seriously as pink as they look in pictures? Because there are some boys in the database that look a little less pink and I'm wondering if it's just the lighting or something.

 

I took some photos of mine yesterday standing next to Domuya Fin and Soom Sabik, he is slightly more pink but not strawberry. The lighting is bad in my photos but hopefully you will be able to see the difference.

Wow Hobbysue thanks a mill for these shots - is it just me or does Kyle Reese's head seem rather small..? I guess he is standing next to Mr Sabik, who's likely to dwarf anything in his path muhaha! I do like the breadth of Kyle's shoulders.... I must say I look forward to the more healthy/well-covered masculine dolls to come along.. x

 

Kyle's head is small. I find it a little too small for my tastes, I'd like to get something larger for his body. I don't know what resins would match him. Most of my dolls are 9-10 head size and my elfdolls just look larger. He's very narrow. It doesn't show up as much in the photos. His body is gorgeous. I bought the thicker body and I really like it. I don't think there's much difference between the 2 though. He is gorgeous though, so I'm tempted just to put up with it.
