1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Dollmore Trinity Discussion - Part 2

Jun 8, 2016

    1. Double post, but I received Elysia! I didn't take any pictures, I just did a quick check for everything and closed the bag back up. But I found it kinda funny that her ankle hooks say "Jude" on them
      Was Jude the First Trinity?

    3. After a year’s layaway (which I paid off in eight months) finally got my Kate! She actually arrived last month, just been a little slow uploading pics to Flikr.
      Decided to call her Katriana.

    8. Oh my gosh, I would love to see multiple trinitys together. <3

Looks like Dollmore put out a new Trinity girl too, Fake Wedding Kaya. Seems she's got removable teeth parts too. Do any of the other girls have those?

    9. My Elysia has removable teeth parts which I'm glad about since I can adjust how toothy her smile can be

    12. I'm currently stalking dollmores webpage for that lovely status to change to being shipped T_T They said it would happen at the end of this month (thursday or friday) i don't even care that i'll have to pay up when she finally arrives. I don't have kids but i imagine it feels something like this. Just looking at ALL the names and havign issues deciding, setting up her space and almost childproofing the house for her. Good thing i don't have to worry about diet, i'd be more of a wreck XDDD

      EDIT

She's here!!! i got my Trinity home :D

    14. Does anyone have a photo of Elysia's teeth parts out of her head? I'm trying to see how they sit in there and if it would be easy to mod them. Thanks.

    15. Sorry for the wait, i havent checked my doa notifications in forever! Even if you don't need this info anymore, I'll still post it for posterity:

The teeth have a little nub that sits into a well inside the head, and gets eye putty'd into place. The nub and notch aren't snug, though, and there's a fair amount of room to move the teeth up, down, rotate a bit, set back, etc, as long as it stays oriented approximately correctly

    16. Long time no see. I got my Lumie a few months ago, and have been over the moon. I am just saving up for a faceup and planning to make eyes using their 28mm bases. Most do not make 28mm eyes, so I think it would be a nice touch to make my own

    17. Pricey, but not terribly unreasonable considering the cost of Trinity girls in general. I mean, jointed hands for $300-$400 dolls typically run about $100

    18. Joining this thread although I never thought I would!
This week I adopted a second hand Lumie. Her name is Florence (aka Flo) and she was the Blue Riding Hood edition, however the seller split the fullset and changed her faceup.
She needs a restring and a new faceup, but I don't have a lot of time this week, so for now she's a glorious noodle.

    19. I love Lumie!! She looks so wonderful!

By the way, I asked dollmore some stuff about the new hands:

I totally forgot about the Normal resin color change. Shame :( I wasn't sold on the hands, but I did want a new trinity head

Also, I asked about buying blanks heads, and got a bit of an odd response:

I'm not sure why dollmore claims the heads are not cross-compatible, because I have Elysia and Marienne, and while they both did come with unique neck keys (resin "s hooks," but they aren't s hooks) that had their name on it, there was no reason at all that either head needed their unique key, and both heads hybridize onto both the small and large bust with no issues
