There's a thread on them here and there seem to be nothing but positive things said by those who have purchased from them. ^__^ I've been debating picking up a Raam myself...I rather like his face and you can't argue with that price. X3

Yeah well I took the plunge and ordered a Raam. Will let you all know how the trade went once the doll gets here So far, everything went smoothly. Except.. their PayPal checkout is botched, at least on some browsers (I'm using Firefox, it MAY work on IE or other) because when I came to the checkout the Paypal button that is shown in their "paypal guide" wasn't there. So I used their 1:1 board to contact them about it, and a few hours later, they'd sent me a regular Paypal invoice. So they're fast at responding! Edit: OMG! I just refreshed My Account page from DollNDoll.. and the status has changed to "On Shipping" OMG OMG! That's FAST, isn't it?! It's been like 3 days since I initially ordered it! *is hyper*

I have been curious to know what you guys think about dollndoll. What other companies can it be compared to for quality? How is the customer service? What is your favorite mould ect.... any info would be very helpful thanks...

I just got my D&D Raam today. After less than two weeks (Today is Wednesday, and next Sunday is TWO WEEKS since I ordered him - so Frree Shipping definitely doens't mean SLOW shipping here! ) He's lovely. A lot lighter than my other doll, but given that the other one is a 70 cm DZ doll, that was to expect. The resin seems fine, there's almost no seams visible and he has a lovely colour, light but not unnaturally so. I ordered mine without faceup because I like to paint my own dolls. That of course made the shipping faster, but still. I got some extra gifts, too. Besides the eyes and wig, there was eyelashes, shoes, eye putty and velcro. I would absolutely buy from them again. I have my eyes set on Loren...
Right.. I got my Raam today and he's LOVELY! http://www.denofangels.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3150727#post3150727 I also got extra gifts along with him. Besides the eyes and wig, there was shoes, eyelashes, a block of eye putty and some velcro-tape to stick the wig on with. He poses great, stands very good. His eyes are a little tightly strung so he likes to bend them,but I'm sure that'll change with time. The quality of resin looks nice, there's almost no seams either. I'd say it's great value for the price asked! I'm definitely considering Loren VERY much now.

OK.. uhm.. not really BAD feedback but.. I ordered yet another doll after my great expirience with them when I ordered my Raam. suppose he must have been in stock or something because it's been two weeks now and all that has happend is that the order status is at "Money Transfer Recieved" (no kiddin... I paypalled you the money....) and they haven't responded to my 1:1 board question yet where I asked how long I should expect to wait for my doll... so my impression of them has gone down a tiny notch. Not much - yet... but I would SO like them to change the status to "Before Shipping" soon so I know they're actually working on my doll.... I also don't like when a 1:1 board is left unanswered... BUT it's only been around 30 hours so far so... I'll cut them a little slack And they still have beautiful, very affordable dolls
JMO here...I've ordered from them before and waited about a month. When TrekkieGrrrl got her Raam so fast, I was all whoot whoot and ordered a Loren, thinking she would also arrive in record time. Well, just like you said, I ordered her 4/23 and all it says is 'money transfer received'... I did post on their Q&A board and had a response in a few hours, supposedly she is going to ship out this week! We shall see...
