1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. I'm thinking of making mine some traditional regalia and bringing him to powwows when I have a vendor table set up ^.^ I'd have to have him somehow anchored to the table so he didn't run off with any small children, but that's what cable locks are for.

    2. Put him where the powwow vendors in my area put the really expensive stuff - behind a barrier of a wide glass case! Lol, or lash him to one of the tent supports at the back of the table.

    3. That's exactly my thought! ^.^

    4. I'll answer this while it's fresh in my head. I went to AnimeUSA 2 weeks ago. I have 3 dolls, all fantasy, 2 with magnetic parts that I use. I brought all of them. I did not take them all out to the con all at the same time. On Friday I took my RS Pixiu. He is a YoSD dragon with magnetic wings and tail. Those parts stayed in my bag and I only pulled them out to show to people who where interested. He was easy because he was able to hang from my badge. This made it easy to protect him from crowds while still able to keep my hands free. I took my RS Yao out once I found BJD clothing being sold. She is a MSD ram like doll. She has magnetic horns. They stayed on her the whole time. She gave me the most trouble because I had to hold her the whole time. My last one was super easy. She is a Hujoo Freya. She stayed in my bag while I had my Pixiu. When someone noticed him, I pulled her out. I brought her to find her a wig but there was very little BJD stuff there. Only 2 people in the artist alley were selling clothes they made. I don't think I'll bring them all once I get more dolls.
