Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Hey, does anyone have David and an IpleHouse EID or SID? I'm really curious about how they look next to each other, and whether the David/IH heads are interchangeable at all.

      (I know we'd done some speculating earlier in the thread, but I don't recall ever seeing any comparison photos. If anyone can take some, I'd love to see them!! Thanks!)

    5. I have a David coming, and I have plenty of Iple and Soom Idealian men to compare to. I look forward to seeing how they compare with each other. In the meantime, I'd love to see some comparison pics, reports on clothing/shoes etc that they might be able to share. I have heard that David can wear some EID pants, but the EID shirts (superhero size anyway) are too big for him. I'd love to know if they can share shoes................

      I also heard that David's head is a bit smaller than the EID guys, and that he needs a size 7/8 wig. I'm looking forward to getting mine and playing.

      I know the superhero EID body has the same neck circumference as David's body: 13.5cm. :)

    9. My David arrived today and I had a little bit of playtime with him this evening. I tried a couple of Iple EID things on him and they fit well.................boots were a good fit. Superhero top was long in the sleeves, but fit well otherwise, and the pants I tried on him were Marsh pants made for the model body and they fit him as well...............it was a bit of a tight squeeze over that tush of his, but since they were a bit stretchy they worked well. As far as wigs go, his head is tiny, so he needs a 7/8 it seems , or in Iple size the same size as the EID females.
      A quick pic of that gorgeous body..................another interesting tidbit. I did take his head off and put my WS Chase on his neck. I couldn't get the C hook to pull up so I could attach the head, but I imagine if you wanted to switch it out with an S hook the EID heads would work well. The Chase head seemed to fit well on the neck. My Chase is a Magician Chase, so he is in the cream white that Iple used to use, and he's several years old, so his resin may have "aged" a tad, but the color match wasn't bad with Dollshe Freshskin either.

    13. Question for those of you that ordered your David's from Dollshe and got the separate sleeping head, did that extra head include a head cap? Or was it just the face?

      Here is a shot of David wearing Iple Magician's tux (made for the Iple EID model body.). Shoes are Iple as well. The sleeves on the shirt are a tad long, but other than that the fit is pretty good. Fit of the shoes is good too.
