Didn't have any from Dollshe, so terrible. I got a confirmation of payment from PayPal. After I saw my order in my account on Dollshe's website I pretty much just checked periodically for an update from "processing" to "shipping". A while after the 4-5 months production time stated on the website for basic dolls, I checked in via email. One email turned into 5 over about 6 weeks time and he never responded. * How easy was it to pay? Super easy via PayPal to pay, (or should I say for him to take my money?) * How long did it take to ship? Still waiting. I know, not as long as others in the waiting room thread, but still beyond what he quotes for turn time and with no communication to let me know what's going on when I inquired. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Couldn't tell ya. Still waiting. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Ditto * Were you satisfied with the product? Don't have product, but I am NOT satisfied with the customer service, that's for sure. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They've done nothing so far but take my money. * Would you order from this company again? Never, ever again, even if pigs flew and hell froze over. I want to add that since he is not communicating with me, I have reported him to three different e-commerce consumer protection sites in the US and am working with a Korean agency to mediate my dispute with Dollshe. If he refuses to cooperate with them, I will be taking him to court. * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? That I would do since he wouldn't get a dime of the money and I wouldn't have to deal with his sorry pattoot.
