  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. When I just looked at the body my reaction was very negative. But the combination with the Orijean head is interesting. I probably would never buy him, but if I ever got the white Orijean I'd love to dye him green and make a doll version of my Sims 2 alien character. :XD:

    9. Does anyone know what kind of time frame he is looking at to re-release the Saint and Bernard sculpts? I can't wait to see the Bernard. He looks less pouty and more grinning. I love my Bernard because of that..but I might want another. ;)

    10. I was told on the board that they dont know exactly when Saint will be released. Maybe in 3-6 months and clothing and shoes will be released after that. I asked about the Circle King so I'm waiting on a response.

    12. I totally agree^^My first thought, when i saw the pictues : "Oh noes! Alien!!":o really it looks too unnatural and the head looks a bit alien-like too:( I don't want to insult Mr. Dollshe's art, but i LOVED the hound and berman models much more and was really hoping for something like this :( I really hope they will relaunch producing of Hound and "old" sculps, together with the new one:D

    19. WOW that restringing is intense.... so I wasn't a fan of the body when I first saw it but the more I go back and look at it the more I like it. I love how amazing this guy is going to be posing wise. I totally want to get him just to restring him and play with the posing possibilities.

      I can totally understand why it's a little off putting for some people, but really this is amazingly advanced for the BJD world! We all at one time or another complain about our dolls not posing for us correctly or wanting a more natural poser, but I honestly think this guy might not get complaints..... except for pinched fingers that is. I see alot of those in his future ;)

    20. I have very mixed feelings about this body. On the one hand I do find joints and the way dolls fit together to be very interesting, and there's no doubt that this body is something that is very unique. On the other it feels like sooo much went into the posability that a lot was sacrificed in terms of aesthetics. I don't know if I can see this body as some kind of big leap forward for abjds, because there is more to them than just being able to pose (not that posability isn't important)--I guess it feels like when I look at the doll holistically there's something missing. As much as I do appreciate posability, there are a lot of other factors that I also weigh when picking out bodies.

      BUT...

      That being said, I can come up with a character that the body would really work for. I have a girl doll who's a dragon in human form, and if I ever got her a brother this new Dollshe body would would be a good choice as there is something serpentine about the way it bends. So while I am some what put off by it, at the same time I am somewhat drawn to it as well and could see myself considering it for a character somewhere down the line. It'll be interesting to see owner pics and what people are able to do with him.
