1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Dollzone Discussion ~ 60 and 70cm ~ Part VIII

Aug 1, 2018

    1. @silmaryel he's so cute :love Cherry theme would suit him well, and cloak + tunic doesn't sound too hard to make!
Yeah, mine is also strung too tight to my liking, but poses well, although I still haven't learned all about his posability.

    2. Ooh a cherry theme would look super cute on him!
Hmm, there might be tutorials for cloaks and tunics in the Patterns section on DoA?

    3. I think I remember seeing a cloak pattern in the pattern section here. I think it was one that was from Undead Threads? A very simple cloak is basically a circle with a hole in the middle and a cut line from the hole to the edge. The circle size will depend on where you want the edge of the cloak to fall with a longer cloak making a bigger circle

    4. i asked this over on the peakswood discussion but i thought i may as well try my luck here also since it's a bit more active, does anyone happen to know if peakswood white or normal resin are a match for dollzone? i want to hybrid a head onto a DZ body but have no idea if it's possible

    8. Wow! A DZ Oliver! Now, there’s a sculpt we don’t see very often! :aeyepop:

Romishek, he’s absolutely wonderful! I love the Halloween theme to the picture, too. :aheartbea

Hope we get to see more of him.

    10. I posted on here a few months back and happy to say that I'm hoping to finish paying off my DZ Gray next week:love Then it will be a guessing game on how long the wait is and enjoying pictures others have posted

    11. Ooh exciting! :) Hopefully you won't have to wait to long for his arrival.

    12. Yay! Congrats on your ordering Gray, kitcatka! He’s such gorgeous sculpt. :love

Hope your wait isn’t too long.

    13. Thank you for all the wishes:) I finished paying him off last week, now it's the waiting game. Hope it won't be too long either. I got a bit spoiled with my previous doll order from a different company. It unexpectedly took only 2-ish months from when I paid to when the doll arrived. DollZone wait times seems a littleeee longer

    14. I ordered an Elena from their Halloween event, it was love at first sight. :love

She’s on a long layaway through DDE though, so it’ll be a while. Gives me time to get her the necessities, though!

    15. DollZone wait times are definitely on the longer side of things that's for sure. :sweat

    16. Does anyone know where you can buy shoes that fit body B60-005's 7.5 cm feet? Please help me.:eusa_pray

    17. Congrats Neela! Elena is a lovely doll! :love

Hope your wait isn’t too long.

    18. Congrats!!! I too am on a long layaway for an Elena, what colour did you get yours in?

      • x 2
    19. @Rabbit-moon thanks, I’m so excited! It was a nine month long layaway but it’s already been four months, so little less than halfway there now! I also live close enough to DDE that I can pick my order up in person, so by the time my order is fully paid off it’ll have arrived and I can just go pick it up.

@Chameleon I got mine in peach but in hindsight I wish I had gotten her in white, if only because all of the other vampire sculpts (from different companies) I have are in white resins. But the peach is a pink/white so maybe she won’t stand out too much next to the rest of her brethren, when she gets here. :sweat

    20. OMG! Neela, if I lived close to Denver Dolls I would be in trouble! I would be in their shop every week buying stuff or just looking at the dolls. I would become a real nuisance! :sweat

Belive me, five more months will go by quickly. You’ll have your doll before you know it. :thumbup
