Yes, I just saw them and I'm thinking of getting the human Moment head too. Then I would have two dolls in one as I already have the human arms. I'm not surprised they released the human versions as they were really wanted!
I have to say, seeing the blank shots of Anson has led me to contemplate some mods... specifically reducing the bridge of her nose a bit, and maaaybe adding some petals flowing out of the corners of her mouth, greenman style.
I saw the human versions of Anson and Moment and I have to say their promo pictures are pitiful. Artistic but if you want to see their faces, forget it. Hair all over the eyes. I really don't like pictures like that. Show us what we want to buy, not a wig. Still no sight of my Anson from Denver Doll. They seemed to be coming in quickly at the beginning but now not much action, I would like her here soon before the warm weather takes me outside. I don't want to stay indoors and paint when I could be outside enjoying our very short summer.,

i saw that dollzone got massively backlogged and so that might be where your girl is ^^;;; i can see that they are moment and anson - but they really don't seem like the same dolls at all! (okay, i realize how foolish that sounds.... but they have completely different.... essences to them, even though it's the same faces) i have to say it, though.... i am tempted to get a human moment to go with my boy aphelion. i don't know how i would paint him up... but it could be interesting to do another take on a statue... perhaps ivory? with subtle engravings similar to the chinese carved tusks or japanese netsuke? ack - creative wheels are churning!!!! some one stop me!
Oh doooo eeeet!!! That would look so fabulous! Or here's another thought...ivory scrimshaw. Tons of possibilities with these dolls, that's for sure. And remember what Snow did with switching the petals between two dolls? For those of us who already have the original Anson and Moment, that would be easy to do with the addition a human Anson or Moment and look really cool. Alas, part of my own Bohemia Rose's strength in my collection is in her unique singularity...her character was designed to be that way. But if she wasn't, I'd certainly be jumping on these human versions!
I think sometime soon I will be working on my Anson and I think I will work on my soom sephlar too. They are both patiently waiting for me to work on them. Sephlar especially. Maybe I can get her done before moment gets here. I don't know what to do with her still though.
Just mentioning here that Dollzone has announced that their sculpts are available once again in Tan (which they added, could be discontinued again at any time.) So people could even get a tan human Moment or Anson now. Very interesting!
lol - i've got some other things to pay off first, but i think i will put moment on my list of dolls to get (which currently is back down to just a bw alberta to also go with my moment) i do have to say, i'd love to get the chinese dress version because i think the outfit would be perfect for the idea i've got brewing.... but i'd hate to get a full set and wipe off the face up....
darkmothflame, I must say you have the most interesting projects brewing. After I finally finished my Anson, I was feeling pretty proud of myself. But when you talk about all your wonderful ideas, you make me feel like a slacker by comparison.
Hey kittens, I'm at a total loss here. I had so many ideas coming out of the gate with my girl, and now I'm stuck with indecision. There is already a pretty high bar set as far as customizing goes. I'm rattling around ideas of night flowers, techno biotic weirdness, and Wonderland talking roses. I think she's one that I'll need to have a few glasses of "inspiration" first at a dolly sleepover to get done. In the mean time, I did take some photos and posted them in the gallery. Here's an outtake for yah.

your anson is really one of the find poetic, love the fine art/ tattoos, and her dress suits her so well.
I just love that dress! Also the use of a headdress is just perfect. even though I would hate to cover up those amazing head petals and all the work that went into that 'ironwork' on her head I think headgear suits her very well and I can't wait to see the directions other people take their dolls in. Probably not going to happen because of how beautiful the sculpt is, but I would love to see some crazy mods added into the mix. maybe a wilting flower? or added teeth to make a venus fly trap? shaping the petals into holly-like or more curvy leaves? will anyone dare grind up their anson or moment?
