errr - your link is to your profile - but do you mean the venetian mask inspired moment that's in the gallery? i saw him and wept - so gorgeous! makes poor aphelion look boring and sad.... i've been thinking of repainting dendrobium (fenyo/anson hybrid) but i'm not sure what to do with her.... i don't want her to be a flower, even though she's named after a whole genus of orchids... she seems to like to wear antique looking lace, but someone else is doing that.... i like the idea of the aged paper, but again that was someone else's idea.... though i'm a little nervous about wiping all of that default blushing off the body (a, because i know it probably took them awhile to do it, and b, because that's a lot of cleaning) - but i think it might be part of my hesitation with doing things with her.... i didn't get a chance to customize and make her truly mine....
Glad to see more of these dolls getting painted! I should really take advantage of the holiday on the 4th and paint my Moment. I keep stalling in the hopes that fresh inspiration will come -I'm still not exactly sure how I want to paint his face - but I think I just need to go ahead and get started. I have no clue how well I'm going to be able to use my new airbrush to do the vellum effect, so I should probably start experimenting before I run out of good weather.

Oh my! Don't know why I've been so stupid as not to find this thread! I love love love these guys! Happy for me, I've got one myself))) His name is Veichen)) He just recently got the new face up so I don't have any proper photos of him. Sorry! Actually his face up looks awesome IRL and I'm totally happy with it)) BTW, he's been modified. The magnets in the ears have been changed and a new pair was added inside. So now I don't have any problems with his head cap and the ears falling off) If it's interesting for anyone, I'll be happy to provide pictures and some info on his mods)

Oh, so pretty! I love the little designs on him. ^_^ He definitely deserves attention. I...can't seem to get past a crawling speed for working on my poor flower guy. Eheh. He goes in fits and starts. He's just such a big energy commitment whenever I pick him up! He kills my wrists too. >.<

Such amazing Moments and Ansons! I never would have imagined all these variations and possibilities in faceups/blushings when I saw these molds for the first time! Now I want one too~
Ardyse, I would love to see how you modified the magnets in your Moment's head. Mine is still disassembled, so it would be a good time to do modifications.
