Sorry! it ended up not happening this time. I completely forgot and there were a looooot of people there so I was totally derailed. ^^;
You're welcome here for sure! This reminds me that I need to take new photos of my Anson, Bohemia Rose.
Welcome, Umi~Pyon. ^_^ Haha, I have to admit I haven't done much more on my poor flower. ^.^" Now that the weather is warming up, perhaps I'll get back to working on him.
I love seeing new pictures of these dolls. Unfortunately it reminds me of how neglectful I have been of not showing my finished dressed girl. I really love her even now. Sometimes the joy wears off when something new comes along. They are so delicate and innocent looking. Maybe if this thread comes alive again it will remind me to get my act together and photograph her and post a picture.
I was only recently shown Anson and I have absolutely fallen in love with her- I would love to own her but for now I'm just gazing starstruck from afar.
I Have Decided That Hana Shonen Will Be A Girly Lolita Boy. I Am Looking For A Outfit That Will Go With Him. The Colors I Want For Him Are Gana Be Purple & Blue So I Need To Figure Out A Design For Him But I Got A Great Face Up Artist That I Know Will Make Him Beautiful. I Will Keep You Guys Updated. Oh & Welcome To The Thread Everyone.
I think having that ability to switch his flower arms to human when you want is an excellent idea. That would certainly give you some wonderful variety.
Some of you might remember I received my Anson with the human arms by mistake. They had to later send me the flower arms, because the human were already on and I love the look plus I am am a big baby about changing them so the human are still on. I have painted the head and gave her a mani/pedi and blush so she will stay that way for awhile longer. The flower arms are not painted yet either. The head took forever to do the many coats of shading. I had ordered the human hands only at the time of my order so now I don't need them as I have the whole arm. I did make her dress to be compatible with the flower arms.
MOC Emailed Me Back. They Said I Can Order Both The Head & Arms From Them. I Am Excited & Waiting To Get Paid To Order Them.
Are you saying you can get a Moment? I thought they weren't making them any more or is this one MOC has in stock? I think they were a lot of work to make because they kind of stopped making them suddenly. My Anson is a piece of art. They really Aren't a playing doll. I don't play with my dolls anyways but I like to photograph them and sew for the odd one. I had to sew for Anson because she can't wear any premade outfit because of the body. I just need to find the right shoes. She is bare foot but because I gave her a manicure her feet are nice looking. I thought I might try to make some sandals for her. We had a sandal making workshop at my doll club a few months ago. It is quite easy. Just need to find buckles but I could just have a tie closing with ribbon. She needs a delicate shoe or sandal.
Shashy: No They Dont Sell Moment Or Anson Anymore. Dollzone Has Human Versions Of Both Flower Dolls. I Just Want To Buy The Moment Human Head & Arms To Give My Moment A Human Side.
Hehe, perhaps it's the call of spring but I finally pulled out my poor flower boy and started working on him again. ^_^ He seems to have ended up with a dragon fly wing in the mix. Ah, I feel so guilty! He had cobwebs between his petals!! T.T Ha ha ha…no, but it is true. How are all your flowers doing?
Lady Ravenswood, he's amazing! My Moment is still in pieces, sadly. I haven't had the time to devote to such a big project.
Lady Ravenswood, that head is absolutely stunning! I love it! You've done an amazing job...I love this take on Moment.
Hello everyone! I just had to say I love coming on here and seeing the ART that you guys do to your lovely flowers They are amazing! I do not own a moment or Anson but I do own the dollzone tiny flower fairy and I hope I can do something as beautifully complex as you all have done to your lovelies. Thank you so much for the inspiration!
Thank you so much. ^__^ I can understand that completely! They can be a HUGE time commitment. Oh goodness, when I look at my poor flower I can't help but think that it is going to be literally years before he is done. T.T I think I need to push myself more on him! ^.^" Aw, thank you! I am continually impressed at the completeness of your Bohemia Rose. How ever did you manage the stamina to complete her in such a short burst? Hehe. I bow down to you. Perhaps I just chose my theme poorly, but the twists and turns of the petals are such a trick to navigate! >.< Hello! ^__^ Glad to have you join in the conversation. Aw, the little flowers are so cute and quirky. Lucky you. Hehe, they are probably a bit easier to handle too. (Sometimes I'm nervous to just pick these guys up. ^.^)
