  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Anyway, back to the dolls, Heath is totally hot and I'm in love. I want to turn him into a pirate. I love that they decided he's from the Highlands! Haha, he'll be a Scottish pirate. That's hot.

      and I wish they'd make a boy body like Liz's, they've never done that, have they? I love that sitting position, but I'm not much of a fan of girls.

    5. Sad to say, but I'm pretty sure this only applies to those who physically stand in line at the event itself. I'd guess that if you stand in the Limiteds line, and they run out of merchandise before they get to you, you're maybe given the option to preorder a doll that will be made for you, but it does sound to me like you have to be initially present at Dolpa to be given that option.

    6. yes, the preorder at dolpa is only for people who attend dolpa in japan...

      but remember the last Kyoto Dolpa (just a few weeks/months ago?) anyway, the last Dolpa, Volks was nice enough to put an online international after event up (on their website). Some people on this forum were able to get SDC Kurenai, and Cyndy II that way! (No one was lucky enough to get Rengemaru or the little girl You-Tenshi though... either because not many tried...? or there were really limited amounts? I don't know)

      So my guess is that there will be an international after event. However, there's no way to know for sure whether there will be one, and also, there's no way to know how many they'll put on the site. It could be enough that many people here are able to get one... or it could be so few that none of us get one. :\

    7. These auctions will usually say in the event that the person is unable to get the doll that a refund will be given. (I didn't look at these particular auctions, but usually there's a liner note like that.)

      Either way, it's a Bad Idea to bid on a "preorder". You're really just asking to get scammed.

    10. I totally understand your not wanting to jinx yourself. Sadly I've said too many places about how much I want Heath and Arashi lol. Let's just hope that superstition doesn't work and I get them anyhow lol. It will take me almost 5 months to save up for Heath, my first choice, so I hope he isn't too expensive on the second hand market (although I can blow whole paychecks if possible lol) *scheme scheme plot plot*

      And I'm only going to get 2 more dolls period. One adultish boy doll and one MSD sized, so these guys work out perfectly (I really want a SDC but not a girl, Lishe was the only female doll I wanted).

    20. So, is Volks!Ushiwakamaru based on this Ushiwakamaru? http://www.cjn.or.jp/karakuri/ushiwakamaru.html It says he's famous and has had a lot of dolls based off him.

      I really like his clothes but am more interested in Arashi. Wonder if they'll ever have a standard SDcute...

      Edit: Oh, if he is the same Ushiwakamaru, then would there some day be a Benkei SD? They both sound important in the story from the tiny blurb *goes off to look up these guys*
