Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Thanks Am. I did read the first page before asking, but UPS will not give any information on the packages without a tracking number.
      So it's just a shame that we won't be able to find her if she doesn't turn up.
      I'm sure she'll be here soon, but next time FDQ hosts an exclusive doll, Pat might want to get a few of her students to volunteer an afternoon to help her package up dolls, lable and ship as well as send out confirmation emails to buyers with tracking numbers. A little help goes a long way.

      I know she had a lot on her plate with this and I am certainly not angry in any way, but it's just more professional way of handling these sorts of things. That way nobody gets upset or feels left out of the loop as others have mentioned in the thread. I think it's just a matter of miscommunication.

    2. I agree. For some odd reason the emails were not done by UPS as Pat expected. I'm very surprised you haven't received your doll yet though - if she's not with you by Monday, I'd email Pat. You can try contacting her today - I'm not sure if she's online much this weekend, but she does have your tracking number. Good luck.

    3. Yeah, it is odd that she isn't here yet seeing as I am only about 2 hours away from NYC. But it's ok. I don't want to bugger Pat while she is in Vegas. If she doesn't get here by Monday night, I'll drop her a line. :)
