  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I've ordered Supermodel legs, don't know when my Fin will arrive though.
       
    2. I'd like to see picture links from Zone of Zen too please ^ ^; I was hoping for a tall thin body since my girl's got a sci-fi virus.
       
    3. Can someone post those pics here? ZoneofZen keeps asking for a password, and will not let me in to sign-up for one.

    11. Hi everyone.........well, tomorrow will be 2 weeks, since I placed my order for Fin. I'm in group 2, still haven't rec'd any e-mail yet. Anyone else in group 2 hear anything yet? My account says "processing", and I know it took a while for the first group to get letters, but thought I would ask. I haven't sent them any mails..........still patiently waiting.

    12. They request an email via their "contact us" form from those who didn't get their first 50 preference mailing. That is after you've inspected your spam forlder. You might want to do that instead, unless I'm misunderstanding their translations and have it wrong.

      As for marking down boxes, their FAQ says:
      Q: Can you help me to under declare my order/ doll purchase, so I do not have to pay any import tax?

      A: NO! We are sorry that we are not able to do that, and we will not do that. We have to admit that taxes are part and parcel of our life. We do not under declared was due to

      1) It is against the law, we do not wish to be black listed by any of our export countries' custom, we shipped hundreds of packages per month worldwide under our company name, and we want to be sure that all our customer will receive prompt shipment. By the way, Customs and FedEx are good friend/ worst enemy?, thats explain why FedEx shipment are subject to more detail checks over at Customs.
      2) It will affect our reputation with our courier (FedEx).
      3) We have been with our courier for a few years (way before Domu-Net was set-up), they KNEW that what products we are selling/ shipping (to the extend of when we forget to state what is the content of the package in our Airway Bill, the local office will be able to fill in for us by looking at the size/ weight of the package).
      4) False declaration will make our courier/ insurance agent re-assess the value of product we always claim to ship, and when it came to compensation, they might have doubt on our declared value in the future.
      5) Lastly, which is the most important factor, we fully insured all packages, especially on dolls. This is done to make sure in the case of damage or losses, our customer will receive the full compensation.
       
    13. glyndon ~ Yeah I saw that update on their site. I've been expecting the email so I've been checking my spam folder along with my mail. I checked that my email address was right even though I got the automated "Thank you for your order" email when I first placed the order and got a reply to a question I asked and I have now sent them 3 email via the 'contact us' form. I know their busy but gah! I was in the first 10 and it's annoying that my early bird stuff might be void cos they haven't had a 'reply' to an email that I *still* haven't recieved yet.
      Thanks for the info on not marking down. I didn't really think they would, just hoping that they did.

    15. I tried to order my girl today, but the pages have been down, does anyone have any information about this?
       
    16. They said they were gonna be doing an upgrade or something and the site would be down for...I think it said up to 72 hours. I might be wrong on that.

      In the mean time I still haven't heard anything from them [sob]. I sent emails throught the contact us form to both the cutomer support and general enquiries. I was thinking on sending one to the address that the reply to the question I asked came from ([email protected]) if I haven't heard anything by this time tomorrow. Anyone have any other ideas?
       
    17. I've sent a couple of e-mails to Domuya, also through their website. No response so far. I really need to know when they start shipping the Flexi packages. I'm leaving the country for 4 weeks after next week and I hope to get the doll before that. The post offices here hold the packages for two weeks and then they return it. :horror: :eek:. So I hope that the customs office snatches it..
      I didn't know that this is going to take so long...and I wonder why Domuya doesn't reply!
