Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. When You are logged in (Your name appears on the welcome site) scroll up to the very top of the page. There You can click on "my account" and You can see all Your order history and status. :)

      Mine says still "processing" and I am in the first 50.

    14. on the last update before the .net site went down they said they "MIGHT" (<--capslock for emphasis) extend the promotion by the amount of time the site is down. You would think that with it being down for so long that they would, but only time will tell.

    15. I wish they'd let us know what's happening. I'm thinking about ordering another Fin as I really like the taller girl's body and I don't often come across a head that I like. I don't want to order until I know the website is going to stay up and I'd prefer to have my order here to make sure that I like the body. It's been almost a month and I was amongst the first to order. It doesn't look like anyone is getting their dolls. I wonder if they're having problems accessing the information on the site to know who to send the dolls to?

    16. Hmmm... if they extend the order period that gives me an even bigger chance of ordering one! I just hope they don't close the promotion before the site's back up... I've been scrimping and saving and selling stuff in the hopes of being able to get one of the Domuya girls during the promotion!

    18. Well, I'd like to know what the hold-up is, but it's normal for a BJD company not to keep people informed. I was amongst the first 10 to order so if shipping started on the 16th, I would have expected to get a shipping notice by now - but no. I'll be emailing them when the website re-appears, along with a lot of other people I suppose. I love the photos of Fin that I've seen, but I want to see mine in person before I order another. If they stick to the August 15th deadline, that won't happen. I'm hoping they extend it.

    19. I've heard that even thought Domuya.net is down, they can still be contacted through Domuya.com

      It would be nice if they extend the time. I want to order one for sure, and if I decide I love the body, I would consider ordering a second one in white skin.
