1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Domuya D1-Flexi Perennial Girl Body

Jul 2, 2007

    1. I order mine and the communication was so nice with them ^^
i think they will ship asap,i dunno if they will extend the time...i hope no...really, cause it s a special sale and if u continue to sell her is just a SALE :-/
but i think they will do it, because of the site down ^^

    2. I think quite possibly the universe is conspiring against me, because the site is down again. Just when I had saved up enough money... :|

    3. Tove, it's really against us all who want her. XD Damn the universe! We want Domuya! *Trembling with anticipation*

    4. i am in the second group, and of course have not heard anything. i would consider a second body for a floating rainy head that i have (one fit my first flexi body well, just off a bit in color) but i don't want to send more $ to them until i have a more secure feeling about getting my fin....

    5. I can't believe the site is still down. I'm very anxious to order her!

I wonder if they will extend the sale considering so much of the sale time, their site was down.

    6. I'm sure they will extend the sale, not indefinately, but for at least the period they were not able to process sales. If they dont extend the sale, they will lose expected revenue.
I'll be glad when they are back again and a bit relieved because I have a confirmed order from before the server change and I'm wondering where its at and when I can expect word.

    7. Has anyone who e-mailed through domuya.com about their order received a response?

    8. Me not, since the email for my early bird (I'm in the first 50)

I've emailed them today, throug Domuya.com. I hope to get an answer soon because I really need the doll :P

    9. I e-mailed them yesterday, saying I wanted to place an order, and wondered if there was a way to do so now, or if their .net site would be up soon.

      I've not heard anything back.

    10. I'm not counting on anything from their .com site since it hasnt been updated about the outage since the original down (although we keep getting told to go there for an upate).
I'm sure the switch to manual processing while their server is down has created some issues for them. Even when the site goes back up, the database itself will only be current as of the down time and they will have to manually update any changes in status.
I suspect though, that the pre-down orders are complete but they may be waiting to ship to do some final confirmations when their data comes online. this may be necessary to ensure orders arent missed, double processed etc. For those wanting to order anything other than the doll, you may not be able to until they are back online again since their stock controls wont be available until it is.
I just want something with an update, doesnt have to be much, even a general posting would do.

    11. I mostly wanted to ask them about choosing a head for the 2nd 50 (I don't think anyone has heard anything about that yet) but they probably won't know anything about when that will happen until the .net site gets fixed.

    12. I wrote them about my order (mostly about shipping and custom information - here in italy we need a lot of info like ID code and similar =.= -) and they reply ^^
I think they are just a little busy!

    13. I'm not getting any reply to regular email. I was #17 and have not heard anything since I sent in my requests.
I can't email from domuya.com because the site doesn't work for me at all - all I get is a page of gibberish characters like the site doens't compile correctly or something.

    14. Well, I emailed them several days ago, repeated my order. I didnt' sent my address, which I probably should have, but no response. I'm tending to think that with the server down, maybe they can't access people's order information, but surely they must have made a back-up? Or maybe the computer died and they're trying to restore information. I paid by paypal so there's a record there. At the very least, they could provide information as to what's happening and update Domuya.com with information on the server. It's almost one month since ordering.

    15. Its kind of scary that so few people have heard anything, and that its nearly a month since they paid.

I really want to order her, but obviously can't with the site down like it is. I would think they would put some kind of update on the .com site. Even if its just "the .net site will be up shortly, thank you for your patience"

    16. I'd hold off ordering until people start getting sent their dolls. I think there will be some paypal disputes lodged if they don't start getting their act happening.

    17. Oh gosh I hope not, that killed the Wishels!

    18. They were pretty prompt about e-mailing me back when I notified them of a shipping address change--mailed them on the tenth, got a confirmation of the address change on the eleventh. But since the site went down? Nada.

I think they might have bitten off more than they could chew with this sale and all the freebies. I do know some of the people who ordered their normal stuff (a friend of mine got a Zen since he was half-off) have their things already--it's only the Fins that are being held up.

    19. Gosh. This is scary. My fiance really wants Fin for is first doll. He was planning on ordering her today... But since the site is still down, he is worried. If he misses this one, I am afraid he will be too put out to ever try ordering a doll again.

    20. if you are emailing the .net address they are probably not able to retrieve email. if you are emailing the .com address they may not have any of the people who read english around to answer the emails.
the site being up, with the 'down' notice is still better than a week ago when there was no site up at all. i look at it as progress. but then again,i must be an optimist because i'm still waiting 50days for my luts order with no end in site....
