Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. No shipping notice. it was shipped as a surprise, before they went on their holidays. I suspect there are many others who will get their packages unexepectedly.

      well, if its very early in the morning there now and a Saturday to boot, we may need to wait a little longer.
      I know they arent based in Japan but their server host could be in which case they would also be affected by the Typhoon that just hit Japan.

    2. Shipping from Korea to Australia takes about 3/4 days. If they had shipped when they said - July 29/30, the chances are that I would have Fin now. I can understand that it takes a while to get the orders out, but my hubby works in IT, and his company would be bankrupt if it took this long to get a server working. They estimated at one stage that after 3 days, the company would be bankrupt. He works for a pathology company, so it's fairly important to get information out quickly, but I still think the amount of 'downtime' the server upgrade has taken is pretty unbelieveable. I'm also worried that the fact that they've taken the timeframe off the site means more delays as well.

      Extension of Flexi Dream Promotion period

      Due to the longer than anticipated server downtime, we have decided to extend the Flexi Dream Promotion period to 31th August 2007.
      Domuya's Server upgrade

      In order to serve our customer better in terms of our webstore surfing experience, we will be upgrading our servers to a higher capacity servers soon (within this month). All Domuya's website will be affected, which included domuya.com and domuya.net. There might be a downtime of all Domuya's website for up to 72 hours during the servers upgrade period. Currently, we are in the final preparation stage of the server upgrade. We will post updates on the servers upgrade and service affected once we have more information. We are sorry for any inconvenient caused.

      Due to the upcoming server upgrade, we MIGHT be extending the "Flexi Dream" Promootion period for the duration equal to the server downtime. Please visit us again for update.

      Did anyone besides me notice that the order #'s are now like 100 over order numbers placed just before the site when down? How can there have been 100 orders placed during the down time. Seems a little odd to me. I was hoping to make the final 50, for the free wigs and eyes, but apparently not!

      I did read somewhere on the site that they will be notifying the second early bird group for their choices of heads around Aug. 5th, so yea!!

    17. Got my email for the early bird stuff at 2:01am EST. Since I was order 3216 (the first order in the second set), hopefully everyone else in the second early bird group should have gotten theirs. Maybe I'll get my first dollie before the end of August after all. :aheartbea

    19. I'm order number 3198 and I got my tracking number today.

      Domuya says, they shipped via EMS from China. How can I track it? The usual
      EMS page doesn't work with this tracking number.:atremblin

    20. I just got my shipping notice - my order was shipped on the 1st August and she's currently in Sydney - hopefully should be here Monday or Tuesday. Yippee!!! Maybe the rest aren't far behind! If they're doing the next on the 5th, they must have most of the first 50 out of the way.
