I actually enjoy doing some minor blushing on my dolls to emphasize curves or muscles, depending. However, having a doll that needs to be blushed to hide flaws isn't good. They should have mentioned that up front. >_< That's awful. Good luck getting the situation figured out!

 

Can someone help me locate exactly where exactly you order a Perennial from?

I've been looking all over the domuya.com site but cannot find where you order one from, or anything for that matter.

And before you ask, yes I have signed up as a member.

Firefox can't find the server at www.domuya.net

I had thought that it was the domuya.net domain for sales, but this hasn't worked for me all week, either at work or at home.
Neither ISP is known to block sites.
Additionally, I'm trying both IE7 and Firefox 2 to make sure it isn't a browser issue.

Are you able to verify that the site is working at this very moment?

 

the site works for me....maybe try deleting your temp. internet files and cookies midspace

I just tried the IP address instead, and it seems to be working, albiet very very slowly.

I am on the latest firefox myself. I got the link only because it works for me. You're probably suffering from computer issues... I'm not much help there...

 

After putting a known Proxy into IE7, its working better.

Except now, Paypal is down.

I sent a message also because they said to if we are in the second group and haven't heard from them by Aug. 8th. My # is 3228 and I haven't heard back yet.

 

I think Fin looks best in 16cm...14 is ok, too, but 18 is way too big for my liking.

Someone else asked about shoes...she was able to wear the boots and shoes from Luts that fit my Efldoll girls.

I did hear back from them and this is the story on the tan dolls:

the first batch was fine and sent out. The second batch was unaceptable and they are not releasing them. But they had a few already blushed left from the first batch so they can send those (though seems to me they should include it for free at this point).
So the cutrrent options for those who were supposed to have been in batch 2 of the tan dolls:
1. pay for the already vblushed flawless body
2. switch to another color
3. wait until batch 3 to see if those are acceptable.

 

Ah I see, well that makes some sense at least. Also, my order has shipped! I got Fin in WS, so I expect others who ordered WS should be receiving theirs too~

 

Mine is white skin and she is on her way home ^___^

I really want the doll to arrive, I have great plans for her....

Also, it's a shame that the tanned dolls are damaged. It's rainning season there right now, and other companies are delaing their dolls because it's more probably to get flawed dolls when you cast them in humid weather. Maybe that's the problem with the domuya tanned ones....

I ordered normal skin and I was in the first ten and I got my shipping notice today (they didn't find my face up request untill the end of last week). I hope she takes a while to get here and through customs as the box is getting sent to my friends house and she's away for another 16 days. Customs here charge holding fees after 10 days I think. We shall see.

 

Cybernary: I'm glad you got your shipping notice, and I agree, sometimes the rainy season causes issues with the resin dolls.

I'm thinking of ordering another Perennial body, for a minimee head. Anyone have any recommendations as to what skin color I should go with, for a close match? (I've not ordered the head, or body yet)

 

I have a MiniMee but the resin is apparently being changed for the newer batches so I can't really be of much help. The current resin doesn't match NS or WS though, imo its closest to Dollshe NS

 

I will turn her into a twi'lek from Star Wars ^___^

Thanks for the info blackpaperbag! Yeah, I had heard they were re-doing the resin colors. I was debating if I should order White, or Normal skin head, and thus white or NS Fin, to use her body. I think its more likely the White skin would match, then the NS, Lol, but who knows!
