Sterling: Yeah it's more likely that you'd get a closer match with WS than NS. NS tones can vary quite a bit, but there's only a certain amount of difference white can have...

 

Thanks for the input! I've been going back and forth trying to decide. I appreciate hearing another viewpoint, and I might be leaning in the direction WS for exactly the reason you said.

I'm going to make her lekus, but not dye her right now. Twi'leks can go from white to black, every color, so I choose white for now and maybe blue someday :P

 

Figured I'd drop some pics of my girl here. I bought her from another DoA member, and I couldn't be happier. The temp eyes she's got in are 16mm DZ acrylics, and her wig is a Jpop Leeda.

 

That is a great wig on her-- and thank so much for posting pics--owner pics are so much better than the website images, and the dolls often look much better in natural light. She has such a wonderful soft faceup!

 

I finally got around to taking pictures of the older Flexigirl body compared to the new Perennial body and posted it as a new thread in the gallery request section. I really love this new body, oh and my Fin does not have the super model legs she is the standard leg version.

I think they had far more orders for Fin then they expected, and its taking them a bit longer to get all the dolls out then it usually does.

 

Please help I'm trying to decide which color to get as at first I really wanted a Tan Fin but with all the problems maybe I should just choose between a normal or white one, my question is what would be the safe choice white or normal color as this would be my super model doll and was planning also to get a Iple house silvia and bonnie head to have variations and (plus I could only afford a Silvia and Bonnie head. So guys which do you think would be my perfect Fin for those 2 iple house heads? Please help.

crvkva10 - can't help with the IH resin, but can compare with the Nanuri head you have - is this a 07/NS version? The NS old flexi style body I got earlier this year is of similar depth of colour to the Nanuri 07 but the CP resin is orangey-pink, the Domuya resin is more beige ... a little blushing would get it to be an ok-ish match, my Yder head looks ok on the Domuya, the MSC can subtly change the colour/tone aswell ... but the Domuya resin might have changed alittle between batches. Here's the Yder CP head on my flexi body, the camera though isn't good at picking up differences in resin, The Yder head resin is very close Nanuri:

 

I hate to ask, but has anyone in the second 50 recieved an email, yet? I haven't, and am beginning to get a little worried.

I'm in the second 50 and I got my email ages ago >_< I think it was on the third or fourth of the month I got it, and my girl is shipped. I ordered a WS Fin, order number 3255 and she was shipped on the 10th.

I think you guys should contact Domuya right away.

I'm 3257 and received the email and replied the day after they announced things. I also ordered a WS Fin, but mine hasn't shipped yet. I know they got my email because it shows up on my order history. If you haven't received your email, I'd definitely contact them through the help form.

sour-dotz - which extra head did you request? I admit I'm getting impatient, since I didn't order a faceup or blushing or anything...

 

I didn't order face up or anything either, that sucks that your order is so close to mine but isn't out yet! ^^; But the extra head I ordered is Fay.

I'm getting impatient with China's EMS =T She was shipped on the 10th in the morning and my shipping number didn't even start working until this morning!

Mine went out on the same day as yours and also didn't show up on tracking untill today.

 

Ugh, I'm 3254 -_- I already sent them a msg through the contact form and never got a reply. It's getting close to the endpoint for filing a Paypal chargeback. I REALLY don't want to do that, but Fin wasn't the only thing I ordered, so they are sitting on quite a significant amount of my money and haven't contacted me at all -_-

 

I'm 3427, whatever that means. I hope they can ship my order soon.
