Well, now I'm a little discouraged, seeing as how I already sent them a similar message about a week ago. >< But I sent them another, hopefully they'll get it.

 

i'm order 3169, and i ordered an normal skin and an tan fin...
i didn't got any noptice about problems with the tan, and i just got word that they are shipped out...
so when they arrive i will post pictures of the tan fin, and i hope there are no problems with it...

Do you mean 3254? I did not think the order #'s got to the 5000's yet. They appear to still be in the 4000's.

If you are 3254, your number is very near others that have been getting shipping notices in the last couple days.

 

Well, I sent them another message and they replied with the Early Bird e-mail in about 10 minutes. The e-mail said that the offer would be void if it was not received by the 10th, but as they didn't say anything to me, they might not be holding to that with the website problems.

Anyway, glad to have that settled... the free head it the one I have planned for the Flexi body ^^;

Don't know if this helps anyone but I just got my tan Fin she is fine and she is tan compared to my NS head that came with her. It is a very light tan though not like the tans you normally see with other companies...I think it is really pretty. I was #3181.

 

I would love to see a picture of her! And maybe a picture of her, with the NS head, so we can see the color difference? If you don't mind

 

my order is #3261, and i sent an email to domuya on 8/9 because i have not received an e mail regarding my order (except my original one when i paid). i have not heard back from them yet, and i am worried since others in group 2 have gotten notices.

 

You might want to try emailing them again. I did about an hour ago, and got a reply. Just be sure to specify that it is regarding the Early Bird special, or you'll be stuck waiting again, like I am. XD

 

I know this has been asked before, but for anyone who has a NS fin, is there anyway you could take a picture of her next to other dolls (like a CP Delf, or Elfdoll) for resin color/ size comparison?

I am getting both worried and annoyed. My order is #3228 and I have not heard from them since the original confirmation when I first ordered, and had to add the super-model kit after ordering. I have emailed them but have had no reply. I have not been contacted regarding the free head choice and the free gifts were a major factor in ordering. At this point I don't know what else I can do if they won't answer my emails.

 

I got a tracking number but since sunday it just says "has cleared customs". usually after it clears customs it's at my house 2 days later, so I am a little worried that the PO is out stomping on it or something.

I really want to see what another head looks like on this body, because I may order another Fin (just for the body) before the sale ends.

 

I made an order on the 11th, # 3432.
so there is no way they are up to 4000 yet.

 

FIN GET. Though my girl was far better packed than most Fins I've seen so far, she managed to get an ankle chip. I'm torn between contacting Domuya for a new right calf or just calling it part of her character.

Apparently I also made the first group, because they did a faceup on the Fin head without asking me. Unfortunately, I'd already arranged for a faceup for her! AND the packing tape got on the lovely faceup and lifted some of the MSC right off. But she's here she's here she's here! Now to ship the Sophie head I'm going to be using on her off for its own faceup.

 

I'd contact them about it... if they are made aware that dolls are arriving damaged, they might improve the way they are packing them.

 

well darn - I guess I just missed being in the 1st "good" tan batch - I was order 3183.
I did hear from them today that they are in the process of making batch 3 and expect it to be ready to ship witihn the week. So I'm keeping fingers crossed that it's a good batch.
