Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Thats odd. I just went to their site, and it still says
      But Fin is definitely $520 now.....
       
    2. Got mine today, the shipping email said she was sent 8-7-07. All intact an there was cardboard on top of her to help protect her. No chips or dings and I got the extra legs and feet. I was sure they would mess up my order but everything was a ok.
       
    3. Looks like they won't send me a replacement part anyway. According to their website, they hold the shipping company responsible for all shipping damages. Looks like it's superglue time. :(
       

    4. I would contact them anyway if I were you. I heard someone else who had a chip is getting a replacement part. As far as I can tell, they're good people and will most likely help you. :)
       
    5. Is their site down for anyone else? I can't get on domuya.net right now, and I have not been able to for about an hour.

      I agree that you should try and contact them Filovirus.
       
    6. Did so. Asked them for a quote on replacing it, in case they'd rather sell me the replacement bits. :sweat
       
    7. I saw that Fin had gone up to $520, but she seems to be back at the sale price now! :?

      Anyway, if anyone is still on the fence looks like there's still time to jump off. :lol:


      I received mine yesterday, and am very pleased. I should snap some photos, but that means I need to find an area in here that's clean. :lol:

      They did forget to put in the one wig I actually paid for, so I need to ask them about that. And I also got that weird short wig with the long braids in back that everybody seems to be getting. I liked the other two wigs, though.

      Whoever puts in the eyes gets them wonky every time. And the putty in there is kind of dry and weird, so it takes a little effort to reposition them!

      Anyway, that's why there are so many photos of Fin with kooky eyes. :)

    9. i sent a second email to the customer service site on domu-net last night regarding my order 3261. i ordered on 7/4, and haven't heard from them since they acknowledged my payment. on 8/9 i sent my first email, and heard nothing, so last night i sent the second email. i am getting a bit worried because it seems others in group 2 have heard from them. i really like fin, but all the extras were part of what i was buying...
       
    10. I wouldn't worry *too* much. I was 9th in the 1st group and I still hadn't got their form 5 or 6 days after they were ment to have it back by. Meanwhile I had sent them 5 emails to tell them I hadn't received it. I sent one to the [email protected] address and they replied really quick. The said the checked their records and had indeed not had a reply from me (I was thinking "well yeah...how an I meant to reply to something when I haven't had it to reply to in the first place") and that they would still process it for the promotion. Try the [email protected] address and make sure you put something like "Order#**** Still No Early Bird Email" as the subject title.

    15. My order number is 3358. I think I'll be settling in for a wait to match the last from Luts or Dod. Long waits appear to be the norm more often than not now. Oh well.

    17. Oh bejeezers - i just ordered Fin, she's back at $260 so i would have been stupid not to have bought one don't you think? I would have always regretted it if i had'nt, the fun part will be doing the body blushing and make-up myself for the first time.
      I am feeling happy - even though i promised myself that i would not.be.buying.anymore.dolls.

    18. Mine still says processing, but they did reply to my request for a change of address email and post the change in the comments. I had emailed them last week with no reply so I was getting worried.:celebrate

      I have hope now that I have had at least some form of communication from Domuya that eventually my Fin will come. :)
       
    19. Watch the tracking on your package like a hawk if you had to change your address. My Fin almost got shipped back to China because Domuya only corrected half the address. If my apartment complex hadn't picked Tuesday to put names on all the mailboxes so the mailman could go "...waitaminnut, that name looks familiar," and my friends hadn't gone down to the post office and camped there for an hour waiting for said mailman to come back from his route, I'd have been royally screwed.
       
    20. I never got an email, but I used their Contact Us form, as they suggested, and said, "Order number blah-blah, in second fifty, would like Zen, please."

      They didn't respond, but when I look at my account, while the first page still shows just 'processing', the detail page (there's a button on the right to show you the detail) says "ZEN" on the date I emailed. :)
