Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     4. Has anyone else been having issues getting a hold of Domuya via the "Contact Us" form on their website? I emailed them about the shipping damages to my Fin on Tuesday evening and so far, no reply. At this point, I'm hoping it's issues with the website rather than them deliberately ignoring me. :(

    11. The first time I contacted them there was no response. I waited a few days and resent the email, and I had a response within 24 hours. Keep trying and you may get a response.

    12. Previous to this half price offer on the standard dolls, and the one previous for half price bodies only, Domuya had dolls full price with doll carry case, bunny eared sleeping bag and reduced shipping offer, which is probably where you got this impression perhaps?

      my Dollstown come in a cardboard box only with two cushions, as did my Dollzone ...

    13. 1) my first domuya flexi from the earlier promo came well packed with pillows and bubble wrap and a nice box inside the shipper.......2) i heard back re my pymt for makeup on my free head, and my order is "processing". yea! i emailed the sales dept, and heard back from candy. i never got any response from the "contact us".

    14. Wow, so there is not an interior box, the dolls are just in the shipper? :o I thought someone had said that earlier, but I just wanted to verify.

    15. This is how mine came packed.

      No inner box, which was unfortunate because the mailer was really beaten up (possibly from two days bouncing around in the back of a mail truck after a certain company got my address wrong after being emailed twice about it :| ). They used the extra wigs as padding for her feet, and there was one layer of thin bubble wrap on the bottom of the box--the stuff wrapped around her traveling bag. That bag is very squishy and soft, but it evidently wasn't enough to protect her.
