Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I think they send out batches depending on where you live.
      all Fin dolls ordered in Holland arrived on the same day.
      (3 dolls, 3 diff owners)

      So perhaps the farther away you live, the longer you wait?
      I'm speculating here though, so don't kill me over it.

    4. What sort of shipping time are we talking here? A month, six weeks?
      I am order #3444......will Fin be here for Xmas?

      I have'nt been able to contact Domuya either, i wanted to add the model kit to my order.

    5. There are about 200 orders between some that have shipped, and yours. You may have 6 weeks to wait, but only time will tell.

      I was hoping my Fin would ship soon, but I'm starting to think it will be a month before I even get a shipping notice. I may see about adding a pair of the new shoes (with the built in feet) for Fin to my order... that is if I can reach the company :doh

    12. There could be several reasons. One could be if you got a faceup, and the one that shipped did not have one. Also, someone mentioned it seemed Domuya ships items to specific countries all at the same time. But honestly, I don't know why it seems they are shipping things in a not very specific order.

    14. So I should have read more of the email. it says partial order has shipped, some stuff back ordered. not sure which parts are which as i had outfits (for all sizes) and some accessories and wigs etc. oh well, i'll know when it gets here (I really want the yo-sized ninja outfit!)

    17. Ok, my Fin was delivered to my freinds last tuesday and she got back on sat. I was meant to be going up today to get her but I won't be able to for a while. Anyway, I asked her to open the box and check that she wasn't damaged cos if she was I'd have to email Domuya. No damage, but the Model leg kit I ordered isn't there. Can anyone tell me which email address they are replying to just now? A couple of weeks ago they were responding quite quickly to the [email protected] one. This still the case?
