It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Well, I think shipping is always around 3-5 days (correct me if I'm wrong...I just started buying dolls from DoD since...August) but making Ducan took no time at all!

    8. Gah, well, my husband is entering the 2nd week marker. -.- Only 3 more to go.. or.. so they say. In my husband's anxiousness (These are his first dolls. He ordered Homme Ducan w/ dress and Petsha Fullset) he actually e-mailed DoD asking if it would really take 5 weeks. Their response? It could be sooner, or later. o.o;; He's hoping for "sooner". LOL. But, I've already gone through the 7 week wait for my Naoko (Shall) last year. I know "sooner" isn't an option. hehe.

    9. Well, I got Ducan in three weeks, including shipping!! So perhaps "sooner" may be a possiblity with your husbands Duc?? Btw, Ducan and Petsha together?? Awwwww, sounds so cute!!! However...with two at once, it might take them longer to make. In any case....Hope your husband gets his dolls soon!!! :aheartbea

    11. Wow!!!! Man...I'm wondering if they make default dolls now so they can send those out right away? And dolls with specifics or different faceups take longer? In any case....thats some good news!

Although, with Petsha being a fullset, I wouldn't be surprised if they made a good lot of them at once for shipping. *nod* Then again, with the communication gap there at times, it's quite possible I misread what they meant. *nodnod* Like I said, I'll keep my fingers crossed, but I sure as heck won't hold my breath! lol.

    14. It's not profitable for any company to have pre-made regulars. Some companies do premake their limiteds, but DOD hasn't yet.

      I'm trying to figure out what the event will be.

    15. It's not nice that they make you buy 2 dolls for the V event. It'll be nice to to be able to get a girl or a boy for discount if you have bought a MSD from them in the past and wanted a mate for them? ^__^ Because if you buy a pair, then the single MSD you already have will still be alone.

    18. Yeah, I'm hoping something really cool is going to happen for the Event....they *are* releasing a new DoC boy and plan to release a new DoT boy in the future. But if the DoCs are at a good price I'm going to buy one for my sister....she's really getting into dolls!!

      But........now I'm, just waiting for the post office to open so I can get Ducan...
