1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. 3. Has anyone tried hybriding ferret on the DF-H 68cm body?

    4. I am buying Cat for sure when she releases! And she'll be my first dying project I think.

    5. I'm gonna be needing Cat too. . . I've been seeing her on Insta and SHE IS SO PRETTY! What are your plans for yours? I am likely getting mine for the reshell of Charlie my red haired witch character. The cheekbones are just about perfect for the way I used to draw her.

    6. She's absolutely GORGEOUS.
I want her to be a character of mine, an empress! I'll be dying her in a deep brown, with golden eyes. Lots of gold accents in her makeup. I originally wanted another doll for her but I'm just so taken with Cat.

    7. Oh my gosh she'll look SO AMAZING like that! I'm pretty much in the same boat with the originally thinking of a different doll but then CAT! I'm gonna need both the open eye and the sleeping heads for her of course. I love dolls that have extra heads or faceplates. Especially closed eye ones.

    8. Cat is really pretty and Fox looks cool

      >_> gosh I wish I had more room for dolls.

    9. I don't actually have more room for dolls. . I get them anyway. . and make new shelves lol. I am waiting for my invoice then my Cat heads will be officially ordered. :dance

    10. lol that's one way to deal with it.

I keep saying to stop growing my collection because some of my current dolls barely have clothes but there are too many good sculptors tempting me :chomp:

    11. I know it's seriously dangerous all the amazing artists I keep running into on Instagram. There are SO many dolls I want. Fox's handsome face is eyeing me too, though I will likely have to wait on him till a later release. I've got so many dolls and heads incoming and I need to find bodies for two of the heads (my Granado Mads, and the Meeksdoll Cain I've ordered) before I order more. Cat's already got a body lined up, so I was going to need a head for that body anyway. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The numbers in my signature should give you an idea of how many I'm gonna need to find room for. . . >__<.

    12. Oh my goodness that is a large incoming crew!

I'm currently waiting on a Dollmore Dell and I'm planning for a body for my Ferret head. I got Ferret in transparent for a ghost idea (still need to finish face-upping him. My airbrush was being annoying and I gotta go back to it when I am not in an easily frustrated mood) and Alice Collections said Doll Family-H is willing to do transparent.

My character concept included partially transparent clothes and I have noooooooooooo idea how I plan on doing that. Clear vinyl panels???

Sculpting him a head stand to 3D print in the meanwhile.

    13. Ooh that sounds like a super awesome concept! The DF-H bodies look really nice from what I've seen too. I wonder if (using a well ventilated area and a respirator, goggles, and glovs) you could manipulate the clear vinyl with a bit of heat and stretching. . I haven't tried that before, but if it were a thing that worked, you could layer the non clear parts onto that and blend the fabric to the vinyl with paint and glue or what have you, then stretch the vinyl towards the edges to make it have a somewhat more. . wispy. . ghosty. . look. I don't know if that's the sort of transparent bits you're talking about.

I'm gonna be putting my Cat(s) on a Dollshe 16f body I have (provided she looks proper on it. . . which I think she will since the shoulders and neck are wide enough, though the height is of course shorter than the Super Gem 65 she's shown on.) And then she will be getting some wild red Merida style curls with a white streak on the side. . and freckles. She's to be a reshelling of my very first doll, Charlie who is a witch with a talent for fire.

    14. I'm debating on what color to order Cat in. I'm thinking white will be easiest to dye, but I don't know which body I'll get for her yet. Whatever pops up in my price range I suppose. So it could be in any color! But if it's a while until she gets a body, I might prefer to have her around in normal...decisions are hard! All I know is she'll need to be taller than 60cm and preferably have a nice long neck, elegant and graceful.

@zekarmisama oooooooo transparent!! Be sure to post pictures!! I'm facinated by transparent dolls.

    15. Do you have an airbrush? Cause you could always temporarily make a white head more alive-toned if you do. . . let us know what you choose! I ordered my heads in "Normal" since the body I'm waiting on for her is Dollshe Oriental. Hopefully I won't have to do too much shade matching in that case. Mostly I'm just too lazy to order more white airbrush paint for the shade matchies. . . maybe I should get some off amazon >__>. Too scatterbrained to do anything just now though.

    16. No airbrush for me unfortunately! I'm probably going to flip a coin at this rate...and message someone on Instagram that dyes for some advice. I've seen that their NS does match Dollshe pretty well, so at least on that front you'll be pretty close! I'm really not concerned with matching colors too much, since my color perception is so poor I rarely notice the difference if it's a bit off. But I know other people notice that kind of thing so I want to have a nicer looking lady to photograph! I'm crazy scatterbrained too; I have to write memos that pop up on my phone to remind me to do anything. :sweat

    17. I honestly can't wait to see what you do with her. I'm sure she'll be absolutely gorgeous!
I think I've solved my space issue temporarily. I just got back from Lowes where I got myself a big old shelf to put up. That'll be used for the MSD sized dolls and then the big shelf will be for the 1/3 ones. . . which means I'll have at least enough space for the ones I've got now plus the incomings. . . mostly. There may be some still inhabiting the dresser once ALL the incomings arrive, but if I don't add any more, I should be fine. . . right? . . . Right?

    18. Clear vinyl panels or sheer white fabric might also work. Sheer white fabric would give a nice ghostly look I think.

Oooh, a head stand. I'm going to need one for my Ferret. I just ordered him.

    19. Sorry to double post but can anyone help me with the LED light? I'm trying to find out what kind of eyes I need to use in order for the light not to shine through the eyes...or if there is a trick? So far I've tried resin and acrylic and they both shine through.

    20. I'm not really sure myself, but have you tried a more opaque eye putty?
