Yes, Yanagi ordered our dolls! I can't believe that my Lily will be on the way, soon! Once we fix the problems with the website...but I'm sure everything will work out, soon! *flail* I'm so excited! I can't wait to show her to you guys! Thank you for all your help, all this time!

You ordered her on ebay without a faceup, right? I'd definitely recommend checking up on her at this point. I recommend using the hotmail address in the listing in addition to eBay's message system - change replied quite promptly to the email I sent to that address. She claims that she couldn't access ebay messages lately, and that's why she couldn't get back to me.
Only two threats to file a dispute? Lucky. Maybe I should make a few more threats and see if I get a faster reaction. Okay. I'm a bit grouchy. But it's been 53 days since I ordered him, bluntly telling them that I needed him by April because I wouldn't be able to get my mail and he'd just be a general pain in the butt to get and being told it was "not a problem". And still? No doll. No tracking number. No answer to my emails except to the one where a claim is threatened. Hope everyone gets their Lily's soon! Post lots of pictures. I want a Lily but after this nightmare with Laidoll I don't think I'll be buying from them again any time soon.
I can't echo that strongly enough. I sat on my order for five days with no responses to a ton of emails, then emailed Change herself via her hotmail account. Boom, fast friendly service. Now here's to hoping the rest of the transaction stays that smooth. *pets Kama*

Rukia was moving briskly until she left Shanghai City's sorting center last night. Now the tracker hasn't updated for nearly a day. Don't you hate the part of stalking an EMS package when it just kinda...hangs? Because I was starting to get nervous about losing contact with her altogether. However, after asking her if the order went through (and giving her all the Pay Pal information), the only thing the e-mail said was, "Did your friend choose an EMS shipping zone?" Which we did...but...that didn't answer the question. I sent her another e-mail, so hopefully we'll get a clearer answer this time. Good luck to Kama and Happy-Cupcake and everyone else! As Kaga said, she got an e-mail back from her...but laidoll themselves have not e-mailed me back and it's been 3 days already I wish everyone else lunck with their dolls! Hopef everything arrives safe and soon

I know that Yanagi said this already, but eeeeeeeeee! The order went through after all, and she said that the dolls should be sent out quickly, sometime next month. ^_____^ If anyone is still having trouble, definitely e-mail her on her hotmail account. I got a reply in less than 24 hours both times I e-mailed her. Thanks for the suggestion! xD
