So yesterday my irl bestie @Yushimi was over, and she brought her newly acquired Lahoo (plus one of her Sha's)! I think it was my first time seeing a Lahoo in-person. So we sat my Camine with them like a happy DOT family I just love seeing all these handsome boys together
@Insane-Chan What a team! So... Despite Boihead not having a body yet, I ordered him a wig and am currently looking for eyes. What eye size do you guys use for your DoT boys?

@Morri_P. I actually use 14mm in basically all of my big dolls Kalix has 18mm with a custom small iris otherwise he has gapping, but he's the only one who does. @Insane-Chan They're gorgeous!! Well, I mentioned I intended a group photo... I'm busy setting up the gallery/PJ posts but I took a separate photo of just the DOD SDs for this thread 12 of them. @Shido aaahhh what a lovely DOD family you have! I even spot E-ans original outfit. I´m so jealous you have that classy stunning outfit still! I wish I had ordered it as well back then T__T I sadly don´t have updated pictures of my two DOD girls haha. My E-an needs a serious makeover than what she started out with 11 years ago. I no longer like having very dark gothic girl dolls. and that faceup I did years ago is so awful

Ooh another E-an! I think she will forever be my favorite sculpt from DoD. (I'm definitely biased, lol.) I had always meant to buy one (or I-ra) to match my Tender E-an so they could be sisters, but alas. For now I find myself having a bit of a dilemma. My girl is from 2006; her faceup is in good condition but it's chipped on her cheek and her eyelashes desperately need replacing. I have zero crafty skill whatsoever, so I'm considering sending her out to be painted so she can be updated, but at the same time I really don't want to lose the DoD faceup since it's kind of a relic now, you know? Are faceup "touch ups" a thing? I did buy her a new wig. I couldn't get the red one to behave, even with detergent. So once she's not bald I will (finally) post a pic of her here. (She is the one in my icon, though.)
@ryuunohime E-an has such a unique face, and I still remember the anticipation for I-ra when DOD had only released the teaser pics with the mask on her face lol. Faceup touch ups are definitely a thing! Honestly I've been meaning to get my Camine's default faceup completely redone for years now...I think if there's things you'd like upgraded, a fresh faceup really brings out a lot in a doll. But a touch up is possible too! Blushing is always one of the things that gets chipped on a faceup, so I think plenty of people need to fix that every once in a while.
Omg, I can't believe it! I have a DOT Shall on the way I owe you for real for the tip, @Shido ! Mandarake added one who needs a little cleaning and re-stringing, and I was able to get her! Honestly it looks like she only really just needs a quick bath and new string...but yet they listed her as "JUNK" quality. Poor thing...but I can't believe after all of these years I'm bringing a Shall home!
