I can't find it in any of my image collections either - that doesn't mean it isn't a DOD, just that I haven't come across it! It looks a similar size/fit to the other one so if it's not a DOD original it was certainly made for one.

Spoiler: pic 2 HE'S HERE! He's even prettier in person than in pictures!! but ohmigod I forgot how big these are!!! I can't believe this is DoT and DoIs are even larger. I'm really glad I got him for my first doll though, I don't think anything else would have been right for me. I actually love the og boy body more than I thought I would too. It's very graceful and feminine. He's so cute Now to give him hair and clothes and etc... There's so much to do with this hobby!! Exciting but my poor wallet haha
There's definitely some sueding on the joints. I can't tell if it's leather or what material this is though. Thank you for mentioning it! I never would have noticed it there otherwise. It sits really flush and seems well done in my unexpert opinion.

Heya! As some of you might have seen, I am starting to revamp my DoD Shall, and I want to start by buying her a nice outfit. My dress of choice was this one: Which is a beautiful dress my Gem of Doll. I have been looking at the measurements of the body to check if everything is okay, and here you have a measurement comparision: The arm lenght (17 on Gem and 19 on DoD) and the arm circunference (6 on Gem and 8 on DoD) is what worries me the most. This outfit is beautiful but I do not want to expend a ton for an outfit that will not fit my doll... Specially because this will most likely be my only 1/3 doll. What do you guys think? Is this something to worry about or should I go ahead and buy the dress?
I think from the arm length, the shape of the sleeve is kind of forgiving also for longer arms. The circumference of the arms might be a problem, though, depending on where it's been measured from, as the forearm bits seem quite tight. I think it'd also be worth checking your Shall's neck circumference as the collar looks tight-fitting as well. Did you measure your Shall yourself or grab company measurements? It might be worth making sure that the measurements are the same as there is usually a varying degree of error in the ones available online (especially with shoulders as it's often not specified if it's with arms included or not).
I don't have my Shall with me currently, I am planning on bringing her soon. So I am going fully by online measurements from two different sites (DoA and either official dealers or old pages). According to them Shall's neck should be a little bit more than half a cm bigger - not sure how much of a problem that could be. For now I can only go by online measurements, sadly.
I actually did!! I thought that tbh if it does not fit I can always sell it (still praying that it does, it's a beautiful dress!) I will be slowly revamping my Shall, starting with dress and hairstyle (which will be done from her og wig). I also got her some new eyes.
Stopping by to introduce my new boy who just arrived this week. I was browsing YJ!A and came across a listing for a Homme Ducan, with a surprising lack of interest/bids, to the point I thought that he might not be legit. But he arrived (albeit somewhat haphazardly*) and aside from bad elastic and a much needed bath and basic TLC, he’s in great condition! Put him in some eyes and wig to try out the colors, but still trying to figure out a style for him. I’m trying to stay away from dark colors, since my Camine and Shall both have dark hair, so I want him him to have a different look…but it is difficult since that black DOD eyeliner is such a killer look lol. Also still trying to decide on a name since he was not a planned purchase ^^; Spoiler: *Bonus pic of his chaotic arrival Poor guy..I was worried when I saw a square box on my porch. Thankfully he wasn’t damaged despite being stuffed in like this.
