Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I am so depressed. Paypal confirmed my payment on Dec 7. I sent them an email the same day to remind them that it was all payed for. I got an email today saying my order was cancelled because I have not paid! But I did, and I paid in time. I have proof. I emailed them again, but it probably wont matter. they probably already sold MY doll. So they have my money and someone else will get my doll. yes i know i can get my money back but i'll never be able to get Ira for that amount and I wont recover my paypal fees.

      I am so very depressed. it was their mistake but i will be the one who suffers for it. getting an Ira was the only good thing that happened that day (flood, had to move out of my home for a few months) and now, when I was getting used to hotel life, this happens. To make it a great day, in a couple of hours I have to go give my pet chinchillas away (they cant stay in the hotel and I will be here months). Great. It was already going to be a hard day. Merry Christmas to me.

      Sorry to bring everyone down, but this is so unfair. It was the first time I got a limited when they came out, ever. I did everything they asked and this happens. I just cant stop crying now.

    5. I am so sorry Selmada- that is so horrible. Maybe they will fix it. I thought the same thing happened to me with regard to an Elf Lishe- But it didnt. And if you get a refund you get the fees back, but I hope it doesnt come down to that.

    6. Aaw. I'm very sorry to hear that Selmada Dx I hope you can find a cheap one somehow.. When they are shipped out am I pretty sure that somebody will sell their I-ra, and maybe for a price that aren't much bigger that the original one :3

      I really do hope that there is a solution, and that everyting turns out well in the end. Someone is bound to re-sell I-Ra after a while. Or maybe DoD realizes the mistake and have your I-Ra after all.

    8. Make sure DoD uses the refund link in the payment details so you don't lose out on fees. I refunded their refund and demanded it because of the fees and they did it.

      As for the payment tell them that the payment went through and they should have received both the initial notice as well as the clearance so it's not a very good excuse to cancel the payment - otherwise they should state they don't allow for eCheck payments (which they don't state anywhere).

      Anyhoo lemme see what I can do....get my hunting hat on.

      If I can't find one...PM me and we'll talk.

    13. Ok Selmada you and I will stalk the site I'll pay with my credit card and you don't have to worry.

      Either that or DoD has to give you your girl! I'd fax them to get them to respond faster. Get them the transaction ID and your order number. I think because of the cancellation you might have problems getting her in your order list again. I'll try for you though and get some of my buddies to try as well

    15. I think so too, but you never know...I pmed her to tell her to hold off on the claim just in case....wow what a headache...

      either way just in case I'll try to get one for her on the 2nd release...if it turns out ok I'll just cancel the order

    18. heheh a hoard of us will I think. shipping to Canada is also cheaper to the US FYI by about $10. If I'm lucky I can catch one for her, but if not I'll figure something out
