      * How was the communication?
      Despite not letting me know why it took so long, they are fast! (like get a response within the hour fast!!) When I did communicate with them, they did admit that they meant to contact me earlier and apologized. Like I said, still great when they did message back though!!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super Easy! Paypal is your friend! :)

      * How long did it take to ship?
      11 weeks.....*_* But there was a valid reason that later came to light.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      VERY MUCH YES!!!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      BETTER!!!:D

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Have to say Yes! Though I was a little surprised as to what they sent for the outfit (I thought I would get the default Libra outfit, and was sent Pices instead) and the wait time (but it really wasn't that bad)!

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I'm not going to contact them about the outfit as there really is no need. He looks gorgeous in the outfit he came with (his eyes are blue/green so they match wonderfully!:) I'm pretty sure that was on purpose). As an apology for the long wait time they offered me free make-up of my choice and he also arrived with a free wig! I'm plenty happy and feel taken care of! :D

      OH GOD YES! But probably not another doll as it's getting crowded over here...:|

      Fast (within 24 hours) and really friendly. I had to contact them the first time because I forgot to put in my order number into the notes when I paid but by the time I had sent them the message, the payment confirmation already popped up. The second time I contacted them, I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them clearly. And finally the last time, I realized two weeks into my order that I ordered shoes in the wrong size and I felt terrible about asking them to refund me the shoes, they did it, even though it was completely my fault. ^^;

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I paid with Paypal but it was a little confusing because they have two e-mails listed but I think both works.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped August 8 (Way earlier than I expected!) Arrived August 11

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely worth it.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes

      Definitely.

      11/7/11, payment confirmed on the 12/7/11.

      * How was the communication?
      I didn't need to communicate with them.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I paid with Paypal, I would have preferred a payment screen to come up at the end of the order instead of paying manually, but it was easy enough.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I received a shipping notice on the 16/8/11, and she arrived on 19/8/11. So a little over 4 weeks for her to be made, and then 4 days in transit. Pretty happy with that time, considering the other wait times that I've heard.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Her wig and hat didn't, but everything else did.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Overall I am very happy, she is a beautiful doll :) The only slight problems are/were that her pants don't quite fit properly so she can't sit in them, and that when she came out of the box, little pieces of resin that hadn't been cleaned out before packing came out of her thigh joints.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      N/A

      If I were ordering a doll, definitely. Probably not clothes and accessories, but that has more to do with the fact that they don't re-stock very often.

      Quick and easy. They answered as best as they can. It’s better to be direct to the point and say it plainly, to avoid misunderstanding. They sent notice of delay and everything.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy with paypal. I had the confirmation on the same day on both transactions.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      11 and a half weeks. They sent the shipping notice on April 8, but I received it on April 12 since it got stuck in the post office during the weekend. I asked them to send the wig and boots together with the doll.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      It’s my first doll, so I don’t know if what I received was of good quality. But I don’t have any problems with it. He’s gorgeous.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The make-up looked lighter than that of the picture, but I don’t have a problem with it.

      Yes, very much so. :D

      It was so, so, so fast! My order status on the site was changed on October 10th, and I got my email notice of shipping later on the same day. It was less than two weeks! O_o And then it was here 5 days later! At two weeks and three days from start to finish, this is the fastest completed doll order I've had from any site anywhere.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yup!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      A lot!

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Absolutely! Except for the resin match... I split the head and body; the body is for my Dream head from '09. While the headcap and back of the neck aren't a terrible match, the front of the face and its faceup blushing is very tan and orangey, so it is very drastic from the brand new '11 pinkie-pink-pink NS.
      But since I was expecting that, I am more than happy with the body!

      Nothing for them to solve. :)

      Maybe, if I needed another doll or body from them. (but I don't have any plans at the moment for another DOD)

      Same as above; but I honestly probably wouldn't, as I feel that second-hand prices for this company are a little high. If I did end up wanting another from DOD, I'd just opt for the company.

      they switched the magnets for the tender face, so i can't change the Faces, i can only change the whole head... thats very annoying
      but that's the only problem.

      i don't know, i didn't told them in time, what should they do? the make up is a special order, i don't think they could do it again. and i don't would pay for another make up, cause it's not my fault.

      * How long did it take to ship?       2 and a half months :|...quite a while but it was because of the volcanic ash cloud in Iceland. They put a notice on their board about it.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?       Yes! The resin is smooth and well sanded.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?       Yes! Even better! Her faceup is stunning although her skin seems paler. But that doesn't bother me.

      - Perfectly alright. They would answer on time whenever I had a question and in readable, understandable English, too.

      - This was way back when they were really strict about their credit card payment (photo of CC, photo of valid ID, etc.), so it was a teensy teensy bit of a headache. I'm just glad they revised it and that I have my own PayPal account now.
      How long did it take to ship?
      - Four weeks.
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      - This was back in the day when DOTs cost 560USD, and I was definitely happy with my Ducan because he was in perfect condition, the resin was smooth and his faceup was pristine. I just wasn't too happy with the extra wig I bought because it turned out to be too small for his head even though it was meant for SDs.

      - Doll, yes. The extra wig I got, not really.

      * How was the communication?
      Communication was excellent. They speak very good English and reply in a timely manner. They mailed me updates on everything.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Fairly easy, though Paypal. I did have to contact them since the Paypal function on their website is down.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      She took 3 months to ship because of an unfortunate incident regarding tan resin. But after she shipped, she arrived in about 5 days.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope, everything was there and in one piece.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      The only issue was a bad mixture of resin. They had cast the doll so she would be ready to ship in about 6-7 weeks in, but that doll came out very marbled. They E-mailed me with this information and apologized for the delay. They said they will cast her again as they didn't feel right sending out the original doll and even included some shoes for free in my order.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes, I definitely will. Although, I think I'll stick with their normal resin color.
