Of cousre~ The face up is nothing short of amazing and the quality of the wig is great~

Yep.

Yes. ^^ Ecept the long waiting time. They say that they will ship with in 6 weeks but I got her in my 9th week of waiting. On the other hand they did upgrade her body for free, because the normal girl body was out of stock, so I would have had to have waite even longer for the body I wanted!

Yep

Yes, though the fur wig was a sliiight shade darker than the pictures.

About 6 weeks. She was shipped on July 8th and arrived at my doorstep on the 11th. DoD offered to ship my doll earlier than scheduled when I told them that I had conflicting vacation plans, and they kept to their promise! x]

Worth every penny. The face up is absolutely stunning and the wig is very soft and of amazing quality.

Even better!

Absolutely. DoD is such a wonderful company and I would definitely buy from them again.

2 months @.@ but once they shipped him out, only took 3 days to arrive

oh my goodness yes! the resin is amazing! it has a nice weight to it and feels as heavy as a kitten his size would feel. very lifelike.
Though, there was a problem. It seems as if they were rushing because when I received him, one of the faceplates was glued onto it's head backing. Once I got it off, the magnets on both heads fell out. But its not really a big deal, they just rushed the order.

Pretty much so! mine came with no faceup so it looked as close as it could to the pictures.
Were you satisfied with the product?
98% satisfied..... it would have been 100% if
- they didn't rush the order last minute- the faceplate was glued to the head back and then there wasn't enough glue on the right side of the magnets to hold them in
- they had sent the eyes I requested- I requested brown eyes and I think they mixed it up with the person before me because i got their eyes and they got mine, not a big deal though.

Yes indeedy, as far as a faceupless doll can compare to the company pictures.
Were you satisfied with the product?
Extremely, though I do have a couple of gripes (one I saw coming, one I didn't). The wig I ordered was silver, and it was wefted, and at the top where the fibers meet I can see a bit of the cap. But I'd seen evidence of this with others' DoD wigs, so I wasn't surprised. Also, my Ducan has shiny parts on his face (but I have no idea what that could be from). One of his thighs was left unsanded, but that's easily remedied.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The wig is just love, super soft, and a great fit on my boy. The resin is great, not as smooth as I was used to, and I like it better like this, I love how it feels. The only "flaw" on my Lahoo's faceup was in the eyebrows, since they don't look like the ones shows in pictures. Everything else is perfect. So yes, all in all, the price was worth it.

I used paypal. That was very easy but it took a week before the payment was receive. At that time I did stress out a bit.

after the payment was receive (12/5/08) it took 9 weeks to ship the twins.

The boots shipped the next day. It arrived to my doorstep three days later.

Oh my Lord. The boots are just so beautiful. And definitely worth the price. Is there any way I can get it human-sized? XD

their communication was perfect, whenever i asked about my order and adding the eyes. using the Q&A board was easy.

it took 9ish weeks. they had a holiday, and i think summer is their busy season. i expected an 8 week wait, so it's no surprise to me.

as close as possible. i agree with Air, the eyebrows have a noticeable difference to the photos on the site. they look good though.

Were you satisfied with the product?
overall, yes i am. one thing, they did send me sha's wig instead of lahoo's. i'm going to see if DoD can't send me the correct wig. i'm not too upset about it, though. edit: DoD is sending me the correct wig! if you ever have a problem, just show/write them in the Q&A and they will help!

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? The only problem I have was that I had to harass the company on their Q&A repetitively to get them to ship my doll, other dolls were being shipped out before mine because people posted on their board... I felt like my order was ignored. They apologised the first time around, afterwards not anymore, and they did nothing else about it. Not going to order there again =) (if I can help it...)

Yes. Their customer service was fast and polite, they didn't complain or give any excuses when i changed my orders halfway, but of course those weren't drastic changes XD

Yes it was, the clothes were well made and fit like a glove, the doll was perfectly balanced with very little seam line and had a ridiculously detailed and beautiful face up. He was probably a bit tightly strung but DoCs have locking knees so it never really made a difference in his standing abilities.

Definitely, and perhaps even better in real life
