I wanted to know to do you have to pay two time for a face-up for Bee-a and Too I know someone just asked but I cant kind the what pple said about it.

 

As far as I know, you do. Two dolls = two faceup charges.

Incidentally, my boy has a light brown faceup, if anyone wants pics...? He's a Kirill, I don't know if that matters or not.

 

Yeah, I asked that... Kind of sucks, but it also makes sense. Ah well.

 

Uh...what did you have on that order?? $240 is ludicrously high.

 

Indeed, because unless you you bought 4 dolls and a lot of other stuff it can never get so high.

My doll came with extra's as well and the shipping was just $50

 

I think it's standard with that body, to be honest...I ordered it for my Yen girl, just the body, and it came with the sword hands.

My boy was very well packaged when he came, lots of bubble wrap!! *O* Also a huge box for safety ^^

I only ever used bank wire when purchasing from them , so i'm not too sure about paying via any other methods ^^;;

DOD can be quite slow when responding to emails, it really depends on your "luck" i assume @_@? I'm not too happy with the quality of their resin (particularly homme ducans). My boy's knee chipped off for no apparent reason @_@;; a week later, my friend's doll's knee also chipped off D: However DOD was quick and nice enough to send me 2 spare parts to replace the injured part and i only needed to pay for the shipping.

i'm guessing store credit is to be earned, like points so you can reddem something in future..? i think @_@;;

 

* What did you order? I ran a group order. One body, two heads, a pair of feet, and a couple of wigs.
* When did you order? April 24th
* How was the communication? They have craptastic customer service. If it isn't perfect, they get defensive.
* How easy was it to pay? It wasn't. This was during the great PayPal debacle. It took me a month and lots of discussion with my group to finally get to the point where I could pay again because they had reinstated PayPal.
* How long did it take to ship? Five weeks. It shipped on June 1, which as I recall was a Friday. I had the items on the Monday.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? My problem is with their horrendous customer service. AND since they have nixed PayPal indefinitely, I won't be buying from them again. Unless someone else wants to put their information at risk by *faxing* it to Korea? No way, Jose. They have shot themselves in the foot, officially. They have a great product but either someone needs socialization classes or a new customer service rep.

 

i emailed them billions of times AND the homme ducan leg thing was never settled.

erm, i only got homme ducan(brokenragdoll's) via paypal. everything was ok.

 

I've not had a problem with my HD and I've had him almost a year so, no, it's not a problem with all Homme Ducans.

 

My ducan is almost 2 months old and all I can say that he's very handsome!!
When he arrived he was bit floppy but I managed to fix it... and for me she still need some sueding in thigh joint and shoulders to do proper posing ehehe...
