So they are 70cm I must have Luke now, but I', not too fond of the idea of sending my ID =/, nor paying either. Now I can't wait 5 more days.

yeah the paypal thing is stupid... i understand why they did it... but man... how annoying for us... I don't like the idea of giving them straight out my credit card either... I wonder if they'd care if I photoshopped out the first four digits so that if for some reason someone got ahold of it... yeah... I can use my bank card but that's the only thing i can use... sheesh... I hate this... Paypal's easy cause you just toss money in, and let it pile up until you're ready. I'm still going to do that but then I've gotta take it out and put it back in my bank account... blah blah blah... *kicks dreamofdoll for their lack of funding* bah... poor things have had so much issue with copycat dolls and card swindlers, and paypal fees... I'm surprised they've even brought out more dolls.

 

I'm SO glad that the DOI's are 70cm. At least this way if I don't win Azure in the Luts Event lottery, I can get a really tall boy that will fit well with my character. ^^ I still hope for Azure, because he's really gorgeous, but I will just have to wait and see I guess.

I can't wait to see how much they'll cost.

You know...I just realized something...well, remembered rather. Some banks/credit card companies do that temporary number for buying things online. And I think I heard that paypal now has a system like that, where it'll give you a one-time-only credit card number to put in. I wonder if that could work for DOD? There's not really a card or anything you could send them though...>.>;

 

Not sure if this is an option for you - and I know a couple other people have done it - you can get "debit card" from your paypal account". This is NOT the paypal plus debit card (that one does NOT link to your balance account on paypal). It acts like a credit card, but actually draws on your paypal funds, so there is a way to work around the "no paypal" bit seeing as it's a Mastercard debit card.

I'm probably going to be ordering one boy myself (not sure when seeing as they're not limited either - PHEW!) and if anyone else needs to attach themselves to a credit card order, I can certainly add on to my order if someone wants to paypal me (we'd split the shipping from DOD to the USA, and then I'd onward ship from me to you, I'm guessing it'd be around $25 at most within the USA depending on insurance and weight) - and as long as it's a balance transfer or echeck, I don't get charge fees on my paypal (unless you're overseas, then there's that international conversion thing kicks in, but I can work with that if someone really wants to order).

Oooh, to wait for the 15th!!! It needs to get here sooner!!

No prob! I know other dolly companies have been paid with the paypal debit card and it worked fine with them, so it should with DoD!

 

I might discuss this with my parents and see about getting one when I get a job again, which might be after new years... hmm... I'll have to look into it...

I bet they'd made a great couple koko! is he supposed to be taller than the other one by a bit??? it'd be like a foot taller? so if she's supposed to be around 5' to 5'5" tall, he could quite easily be 6 to 6'5" tall ya know? (not sure what that is in cm)
