Dream of Doll's "Dream of Idol" (DoI) line - Luke, A&D and CRUSH!

What also drive me nuts is the fact that I want to get outfit for Luke (2), so he is not all naked when he gets here. But I do not like the default outfit for Luke 2. For my character, I rather have the default of A&D 2. I e-mailed them about the possibility to mix and match; I really hope they will let me do so. Otherwise, they need to consider selling some of the outfits separately; I am willing to do either way....

I'm really confused. I woke up this morning and came on here now hearing that DOI's don't count for the head or you have to buy 3 dolls. Ah. I'll be watching this thread like a hawk for some hopeful clarification.
And I am still unable to find the sneakers all of the No. 1's wear. I hope they will be for sale.

 

I'm pretty sure you get the head as long as you order a single full doll.

 

Only the customer who orders D.O.C, D.O.T, D.O.I during the event period.
(This is for the customer who complete the payment before 5th JAN, and can not offer duplicate
Also this does not apply to body or parts order. )


The event 2 description (the one of the head) has been changed but it&#180;s still confusing >.< Does this mean any type of doll will do, DOC, DOT or DOI, or THREE types of doll: DOT, DOC AND DOI?

 

I'm pretty sure they mean any of the types. Bodies without heads or heads alone don't count. And if you buy more than one doll, you'll only get one head.

 

I agree with this statement. I really don't think a company would have you buy 3 entire dolls just to get a head. It's probably like Luts' event where you can buy ANY of 3 or 4 types and get into the event. Then if you order clothes or parts, that's what the wig event is for.

 

Indeed, the description on Event 2 has been changed since this morning.

I think all of our e-mails have made the computer dude to work overtime.

I will wait for their e-mail then make my purchase. I really want my T Lahoo head and do not want to leave it to chance. Yes, I am crazy that way.

 

A love all three of these new boys, I've been drooling and crying over them for days, but I think the one I love most is Crush, especially with the face up seen on Version No.2, of my goodness he is so handsome, those eyes... those eyebrows, I wish I could order him right now while they have the Christmas Discount! T_T

I heard someone mention it was lie when they said they'd only have one doll... all I can say is... Ditto x.x

 

UGH!!! This is so bad... Though I really do feel bad for who ever has to reply to the DOD emails! XD haha!!! They'll have their work set out for them for a while! ^^;

 

This is a bit random, but how old are these boys supposed to be? I know Sha is 17, so are they like 19?

 

On average and under normal circumstances, they take about 2-3 days to reply to emails. These are most definitely not normal circumstances when everyone and their mother is bombing their mailboxes. ^^;

I just caved and gave up the wait. Everything hints that I'll be getting my little head with a DOI order, so I'm gonna stop worrying.

 

Yeah I'd say late teens... They still look like they could be 16 or 17...

 

Uhh...I definately don't believe the "you have to buy 3 dolls to get the event head" thing...I think because they're so swamped with e-mails, and their English skills are kind of lacking (to say the least), whoever responded didn't type properly... Personally, I think they meant something along the lines of "one of the three TYPES of dolls (ONE DoC, ONE DoT, OR ONE DoI)" ...>.>;; Cause...other wise NOBODY is gonna get that head...Except for a few very rich and/or dedicated people...XD lol

Also, somebody on page 21 (I apologize, but I do not remember who..) had asked if anybody had gotten e-mail responses from DOD because they personally never have... Yes, I have ALWAYS recieved a response from DOD, and I have sent them quiet a few e-mails over the past year...^^; Their e-mail host has issues sending to certain other hosts (like AOL and Hotmail). They actually have posted announcements requesting that people do NOT use AOL or Hotmail when writing to them because their responses almost always bounce back. Plus, your spam filter may block their responses too, so they also request you add them to your address book. ^^;

 

I'd say they look 18-19 I guess. But if I get my Luke, he's probably going to be 20-21 because I plan on him being Izu's older brother and Izu is 18.

 

I dunno, I kinda think the highest age they could plausibly pass for is 20...^^;
Most cause they're so tall compaired to normal dolls.

as for their ages... hmm.. My Levin is 20 years old maybe for me they could be around 22-25 :P

DOT around 17-18 and DOI around 20+

 

I'm breaking my bank account for A&D, but I couldn't resist the sale price!
Plus I'm telling myself I needed an extra head to be able to practice face-ups on anyways...

 

-dies- OMG.. I kept bothering my dad about it. And he was like.. "tell ya what. clean the house and 'maybe' I'll get it" And I said 'MAYBE'?! And he laughed. So if I clean a bunch of stuff. Bathroom, basement stairs, stuff like that.. he'll get my Luke! Squee!!!
