It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Event [Dream Valley] 2021 Children’s Day Event

      Another amazing Dream Valley event is here! This one brings back the dragons theme, as well as some new delightful kids in commemoration of the Children’s Day holiday!

      The new dolls are Izzy, Samander, Eve and Bor. Izzy and Samander are anthropomorphic dragon kids that are full of energy and character! Both Izzy and Samander are 1/6 scale (YoSD size).

      In addition to being adorable, the new dragon kids’ bodies are detailed, fluid, and wonderfully engineered. They can hold remarkable poses while appearing to do so effortlessly.

      Eve and Bor are a pair of sweet dragon pets. It is possible to purchase them separately as well as receive them as gifts for qualifying orders.

      All the previous dragon-themed dolls are back! Dragon lads Grayson and Cayes are here to stay, they’re no longer limited. Dragon ladies Silina and Collier are only back for this event.

      • We'll tell you like it is! Some companies have very long wait times. This information isn't always easily accessible, due to its suboptimal nature. This won't stop us from cautioning you about companies with long waits and other potentially negative factors before you place your order. Customers are encouraged to ask questions about any such topics and we'll gladly provide the information that we know about them.
      • Relax while we work for you! As BJD owners ourselves, we understand how stressful the waiting game can be. We are very diligent about keeping up communications with our represented companies, and we will check the quality of your dolls when they arrive then follow-up with the BJD company to fix any problems if they arise.

All customers in good standing who have ordered from us can join our group on Facebook, where there are exclusive offers/releases, games w/ prizes, giveaways, and other cool stuff we can think of! Be among the first to know about limited releases, and other VIPs are there to help you with things!
      • We are an officially recognized partner of all of our listed BJD companies. As an official dealer, we have contractual agreements with all of our represented companies. This makes us legally their representative, which means that purchasing through us is the same as purchasing through the companies directly in terms of product legitimacy. Furthermore, our official relationship means that our represented companies must perform the same degree of after service that they owe to customers who purchase directly from them. We are not a reseller, as resellers do not have official relationships with BJD companies and instead act as purchasing agents. Purchasing agents cannot guarantee after service care and BJD companies are not required to recognize items ordered through purchasing agents as legitimate.
