double post. Do you think superglue is strong enough to hold the screws in? I was told only epoxy was strong enough when I asked last, and now I read superglue again.
So far, Elfdoll hasn't given me any type of resolution that I can work with. Day one, I left messages on their Q&A with pictures, as they require pictures of the problem before taking action. They were on holiday, so no one got replies during that time. Then they asked for my full name and order number, I replied. Each question and reply was a whole day apart, because they only answer questions once a day. Then I was pushed back to the second page, and Elfdoll_Oka came through and did her once, daily Q&A answering thing, and since I was on the second page, I was skipped. I started a whole new thread on the first page. I'm leaving town tomorrow and won't have internet for a minimum of five days. *sigh* This is starting to feel a bit pointless. I should just do the standard fix and glue the hooks back in.
I got it, thank you. Sent a PM back, as well. I'll see if email gives me better luck than the Q&A board...

I had to post on the Q & A board as I hadn't heard a word and my account showed only 'order confirmation" though I ordered my dolls almost immediately after they were available. Anyhow, I asked when they would be shipped and the reply stated they were shipped (that day---hmm, would they have been shipped if I hadn't asked?). Anyhow, I had been away from home for the last two weeks so the delay isn't a problem. Now I that I know that my angel Hailey and the little devil Hansel have left Seoul, it will be only days.

I love the Angel , but when Deborah said she was selling her Devil ....I had too Merry ..will do for a while , Pete officially got his redundancy yesterday -Jan 2 ,his Job has gone so Merry will be my last ...for a while
