Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Yes, please. XD My computer is being irritating and won't let me into livejournal. I'll try to make a comment when it does. ^_^

      ...is that a rifle stock I see? Such moodyness. I have a soft spot for down turned lips, and that is such a natural, masculine face up for him. It does not emphasize the odd Yukinojo-esque bottom lip or make him look like he's wearing too much make up.

      I nearly mistook him for Hugo-S in his profile shot!:D He's gorgeous.

      How does he look standing/interacting with other dolls? Does he look in scale or does he look a bit big/small?

      aquarius85: I got the whole Axel doll and St.James, bless her heart, ended up with the body. I kept the head and put it on an SD16 body. Despite some, er, posing idiosyncracies (Oh, idrisfynn, if you are reading this, that weird ball we found actually belongs inside Ed's back. :nowords: ), I am very, very happy with the results of the graft.

      For aquarius85, who wanted to know how he looked with other dolls, Here are some pictures of Edward with his old boss, Eric Tseng. Tseng is on an SD13 long-legged boy body.

    8. Got the preview pics back from my faceup artist (arsenic) of my MN mod. She did a great job, I wanted something more dramatic then what most of my dolls have. His modded eyes had no eyelids, so Arsenic painted them on for me. I'm in awe, she must have such a steady hands!

      The gloss hasn't been applied yet, but I thoaght i'd show him off here and bump this thread at the same time.

    9. XD After slapping myself for making sad faces over the fact that my favorite aspect of my dream mould has been modded I really like the thick black lines used to recreate the eyefolds. It reminds me of manga art and the delicately vibrant colors are surprisingly pretty against that skintone.

      What body are you going to be put him on?

    10. Damask, what is your favorite aspect? I'm not responsible to for modding him, it's not my fault xD!! I think i'm his fourth owner now, and he came to me that way, so as you can imagine he had seen better days by the time he reached me. I'm trying to give him a new lease of life.

      I'm not sure when it comes to a body for him, i'm thinking a dollstown 15 when they come out in NS or an SD13 long leg. The only thing is, he dosen't match my yukinojo head, so I don't know how well they will match.

    11. Oh, I know you didn't mod it. ^_^ I saw that particular head on sale a few months back. Simply because it used to be a Hugo-M I nearly bought it too. ;_; But I love his partly closed eyes and that was opened.

      If all of my favorite moulds had partly closed eyes I would buy that version instead of the open eyed ones. All the second hand Hugo-M's I've seen on sale have had their eyes opened in some way. *cries*

      Oh! I just realized he had teeth modded on to him. That's so freaking cute! XD I can't stop staring at the shy look the eyebrows and that teeth mod has given him.

      *nods* I was thinking of the Dollstown 15 boy body too. I hope it matches Hugo head. That's a shame that it doesn't match the Yukinojo body. I was vaguely hoping it would. Is it darker? Lighter?

      Thanks for the luck, I'll need it. I'm determined that if Elysium comes out with a re-release then I'll buy two, one in each skintone! XD

    12. Yeah, I never planned to get a Hugo but when I saw this one I just had to. It was meant to modded into a 'smile' although to me he just looked so worried a shy, hence the eyebrows I had done. His character is meant to suffer from stress. He'sperfect!

      Dollstown NS is meant to match Volks NS. Compaed to my yukinjo, he is a little lighter, even though it made to match Volks.But it's not too bad. I think it's just due to colour variation between the batches, Elysium is quite a small company so I think they probably do the casting in house.

    13. Hmmnm. Does anyone here have pictures of hugo-s and Hugo-m:ns that were faceupped by jia and the piccies were in the old elysium site? There were huge load of pictures with very manly faceups, but I cannot find them any more <<; Sorry if the question is in wrong thread, but I'd quess you guys would know best &#37;D

    14. It's been a while, but I did finally get around to trying some Hound sized clothing on my Elysium boy body. The iple house dress shirt fits pretty well, just a tiny bit tight in the shoulders but not enough to make the sleeves too short. Tensiya jeans fit great and are just the right length. :)

    18. You know, it's a little weird that they're releasing single heads of previous sculpts.... they, oO I almost suspect, that the owners of Elysium are selling off their own dolls to raise money.

      Even so, I hope Damask notices the Hugo-MN for sale before he's gone....

      This is him ^^ I customized the head as a boy and the body on the picture is a DOT body ---> bad match, really.

    20. I actually haven't seen another Rozi on the board. It's possible you have the only one here! Though it's really nice to see some owner photos of some of Elysium's other molds. :)

      I'd love to see some of Wren, Axel, Zio, and Lud too. I've only seen a couple off of the site, and it's kind of a shame.
