Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     8. I really like Leon-N (can't order him though T_T), he reminds me of a younger Hugo somehow, the overall face shape, eyes, except the lips.

      Also, did anyone else get a Hugo-DN/DW? *curious*

    10. I know! I've been wondering the same thing. It really depends on how big he is, I suppose. Going by the previous heads (and from a Hugo-N head I bought for my friend), they're rather large and would suit 70cm body proportions. So I've been scouting out for bodies with a larger shoulder width. I absolutely love the new Souldoll double-jointed bodies, but I'm not sure if they'd be large enough. I like the Super Gem bodies, and I'm almost positive they would work, but I don't have 500+ at the moment for that body.

      Plus, I'm wondering at the resin matches. Apparently, they match Volks resin, and Luts real skin matches Volks. But I found a thread where the Senior Delf bodies were lighter than the Elysium heads. So, I'm guessing that the Elysium heads match the oldskin normal or the older pureskin Volks bodies (as the new is apparently lighter due to some UV resistant factor?), yet I've found that some owners couldn't tell the difference between the pureskins. So I'm a bit confused. Because apparently, Minimee heads will match Senior Delf bodies, which are a decent match to Volks? And Soom matches Volks. Yet, I have a Soom Spinel head and a Minimee body, and the Soom head is very much, obviously darker.

      So, I suppose I'm wondering if Elysium heads match Volks pureskin, or Volks oldskin normal? If pureskin, I can consider Souldoll and Minimee, and SDF, I believe. If Oldskin, I think Soom and maybe Limhwa, or perhaps Domuya Flexi-Perennial Tanned (based on a Peroth/Domuya Flexi-Perennial Tanned hybrid, where the Domuya body was the right tone, simply a bit darker).

      I apologize if this question has already been asked and answered.

      Either way, I'm rather excited for this boy to come! Congrats, SueMe3, and Wuzixu!

    12. Oh yes, that's correct! The yellow NS DZ matches very well. I'd forgotten about that! I just don't prefer that specific body for personal reasons. (Ah, if only I wasn't so terribly short, and 70cm wasn't about half my height.)

      Hm...I'll look up what DZ yellow tone matches, and I believe Dollmore matches pretty well. Ah, time to scout out more of the Doll Request Gallery threads. X3

    13. Elysium resin does match Volks pureskin resin. I have my Yukinojo head on an Elysium Axel body and it is really really close. Senior Delf real skin is lighter than Volks Pureskin, and I wouldn't consider it a good match at all. It looks barely passable in person and much more pink than Elysium resin in photos. Soom is a good match to Elysium, just a touch more pink. :)

    17. Yup, Volks and Soom Super Gem should work really well resin-wise and proportion-wise! DZ 70cm should too. I'm also looking at Dreamingdoll (I know it will match resin-wise, just not sure about proportionally), and apparently someone had an AoD body that matched well, though I doubt that, having had one in my possession and finding it very pale. There's plenty of resin that will match at least decently, I think; it's just hard finding one that will look good proportionally.
