Ever Been Spooked (Directly or Indirectly) By Your Doll?

I'm getting spooked by everything what is faced to me in a dark room and has open eyes. Also posters and sutch. When I had posters on my wall they seemed to blink their eyes and open or close their mouths whitch had vampire fangs. It was scary. Now (thankfully) there are no posters in my room because of the new(er) wallpaper. I don't have a BJD yet, but I don't think it would scare me. I'd put it away from my sight while I should be sleeping. I mean you can't see it (or hear it), you can't be scared of it.
But I get scared of all kinds of nonsense things in the dark. Once I was just frightened of a tissue paper on my desk And my cellphone has a blue light whitch blinks all the time, but in dark it can scare you a lot. So I always turn it off. Sometimes I just sit and don't think about anything, but suddenly I think about a spooky picture and this really creeps me out.
Sorry about some (er...most of the post) offtopic. Don't kill me, please I don't have a dollie to share my creeps about. Good stories, everyone

 

Once, when changing Shasta's eyes, they would REFUSE to go in properly, except for one paticular direction. I decided to go with it.... and...when I put his wig back on... he looked EVIL. (see my icon) So creepy! DD: I left him int he sewing room that night because I was afraid he might kill me or something. >>

Har har... I'm the perfect person to reply to this one...
My mom is a healer and a psychic. I know some of that too.
We live in an apartment that has.. kind of two sides. One with a hallway from the front door, my mom's little bedroom and the kitchen etc. Then there's BIG two doored opening to the livingroom, and another from there to a bigger bedroom. I live in the livingroom and the bigger bedroom is used as mom's "healing room". She treats patients there etc. She insists that the door is always open, but I swear to god, when Subaru comes I will keep the door closed NO MATTER WHAT. It took me half a year to get used to the door being open. It's like my eyes IGNORE the doorway. Otherwise I couldn't sit here on my chair all night long...
I'm pretty much WAITING Subaru to move and do freaky stuff when he comes. I know he's already HERE actually. God damn it. Sitting on my bed atm. I can FEEL him staring at me. Probly lying with my dog.
And yes. I can feel stuff like that... Believe me it's FREEEAKY. My mom can SEE THEM too.. She's seen an apartment full of little black things, because it's a holiday use only, and isn't ventilated or used OR LIT. She said she was cleaning for days before she could be there...

This went kind of off-topic away from dolls, but my point it, that probably my first doll will... well I bet he'll look at me oddly when I do fangirl squeals or cry over another One Piece episode. Tilt his head and look at me with a "Not again idiot"-look. Or something like that One reason why I want a BJD is that I can actually feel and see that little thing who'se been following me for MONTHS now. But I'm afraid he WILL attract more of his kind -_- Oh well. Just have to keep buying dolls. /sigh laugh

 

I've been spooked by one of my dolls, once.

I came home super late one night, after being otu most the weekend with friends. I went in to collapse on my bed, and looked over at the chair where I keep my dolls.

Shamil was GLARING at me. Naked as the day she was cast, malevolently glaring. Granted, I was exhausted, and she doesn't have the friendliest face ever, but I couldn't help notice how bad the resin match is between her parts. Her head was like white. And I couldn't sleep while her eyes were on me at all. Got up, put some clothe on her, and turned her around. Was fine the next day.

This is kind of funny actaully.
I told my sister that my doll moves on her own sometimes. (I was only joking, and I even told her i was joking so im not that mean D: )
So to get me back, she moved my doll various times when I wasn't looking. I knew she was doing it. So i played along and said, 'OH she does that all the time,' The third time though, she had moved the doll in the Hutch. I got scared cause I couldnt find her, and bnot because she moved. xD
~ Lol I have another one. I was resizing her shirt, cause it was two times bigger that I intended. Her eye moved on its own . The funny part was, The putty inside her head wasn't put it right and caused her eye to move in the back of her head xD.

 

I don't get spooked really easily but my boys move on their own all the time, then again my room is also severely haunted o.o I remember waking up cause something fell on me o.o Takuya had some how made it out of his box, on to my bed and fell on me o.o My door was locked and no one could've possibly got in o.o It scared the crap out of me.

 

I've never had anything creepy happen with BJDs, but one of my biggest fears is the sound of porcelain creaking. You know, that noise porcelain dolls make when you move their arms and legs. *shiver*

One night I was trying to sleep and I swore I could hear that sound, over and over again every few minutes. It drove me half crazy with fear.

 

Nah, I would never be spooked by any of my dolls, BJDs or not. I love them all to death All of the "strange" things they've done have been met by either

a whack to the head ("Don't try to scare me like that, it doesn't work silly.")

or a hug ("Awww don't glare! I won't do it again I proooomise ^_^")

And if I DID somehow have a doll that scared me and walked up to me with an evil look or something... it's just a doll In a fist fight between me and him, I would obviously win.

 

When Subaru comes home, I'm gonna find you
Maybe mom would agree for a shoppingvacation in the UK... /thoughts
Because I know Subaru is gonna have someone inhabit him. Cuz' the little bugger is already here /glares her bed
Damn that nosy little... Well my dog ain't barkin' so he's not a mean child. Just nosy. /shrug

Right now my dolls seem to be angry with me. The only one who isn't is Alexiel. Kivtian especially. He's ended up off of his shelf (its over my head) three times in the past three days. I started taking him with me around the apartment, but he still seems to be miffed.
I think Its because he doesn't have the look he wants.
sigh.

 

Well...every once in a while I would sleep on the floor, and whenever I do, I put Hikaru-kun to my right, with his hands in front of him, his head down and forward, and parallel to me. One night, however, I woke up to see his head turned towards me with keen interest.

What did I do? I said, "Ohayo Hikaru!" *pat pat* And then I went back to sleep. XD Not really scary. Actually if anything creepy were to happen, it would happen at my house. My doll hasn't stepped foot into my real house yet, since I've been living in the college dorms when I got him. Hopefully the ghost cat that resides at my house won't get jealous. o_o

 

I dont know how, but sometimes its as if my dolls move themselves.

Just the other day I had two of them lying side by side on my bed, when suddenly, the boy is moved and has his hand on the girls boobs.

 

I've never been scared by one, but my friend has... by me as well >< We were at school and she hadn't seen me yet or Brodie ever. I snuck up behind her and positioned his hands in a 'i'll kill you' strangle pose. She turned around and screamed! too funny ><

 

Well, my friends all put Annette in weird positions (like her head backwards, that spider crawl thing from the exorcist) it never works, I'm just kind of like "Oh, An! Look what you did! I'm so proud, I would never be able to pull off a back bend like that Guys... you can come out now, I'm not going to scream."

 

I will have one of my dolls on one side of my bed with me when I sleep and when I wake up they are so close to me under the covers leaning towards me for comfort or protection. I know they move on their own sometimes and they look at me with such sadness when I am sick. My babies do care about me after all....I know not creepy.

 

A few months ago before I got Warr, I had Jae Hee sitting on my bed in the corner above my head, and for about 5 minutes (before I fell asleep) he kept making a ton of noise. Creaking, shifting, and just little things. It freaked me out for a while (though at the same time the thought of him being alive really excited me in my sleep deprived state), but i fell asleep eventually. I didn't even bother to sit up and see what he was doing. xD
The next day I realized he was sitting on a water bottle I'd caught at a concert (Die at Dir en Grey! Yaay!) and my breathing was causing him to shift on it and bend over it. I was so sad he wasn't really moving! xD

 

Just a few days ago, I went into my room [lights were off, it was dark] and saw my brother's doll sitting on the table. The light coming through the window shades were creating confusion around her head, and I thought she moved her head, but ti was just an illusion created. My heart skipped a beat x'D
