It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Fabric Friends & Dolls Company Review

      Dream Valley Bor fullset (In Stock Item) <3

      * When did you order?
      February 21st, 2022

      * How was the communication?
      Unique

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, through paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      5 days. Priority shipped. Arrived today Feb 26th.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

      Missing a faceplate magnet, but I still love him.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      Sent them a message after purchase (before the doll was shipped), asking to insure it. Was a Monday, so I waited overnight to hear back. Got a response later from them the next morning, stating how much it would cost (which I apparently didn't see fast enough.)
      Less than 4 hours after, they sent me a new message saying: "No need to send for insurance, the order went out already, since we didn't hear back."
      By the time I saw these messages, the item was already in transit.
      Was a bit distressed about how they didn't wait long for to me check my emails, and respond back... When I waited longer for them.
      Was worried about actually getting my item, and how things would play out if it got lost/ broken/ stolen. It mattered to me. Thankfully it made it safely. Didn't have to sign for it, was just left outside.

      Hard maybe.

    2. I would love to order from them but my emails I sent asking about layaway options went unanswered. I'm tempted by their in stock items but considering the lack of response to my inquiries I'm a bit hesitant.

      EDIT: I am embarrassed to say that this is actually on me, Iris replied promptly but for some reason it got sent to a different email account than my normal one! I'm still hesitant to order since shipping would be expensive to Canada, but I cannot say they are unresponsive as they absolutely responded to me in a timely manner.

    3. Sometimes I wonder if Fabric Friends & Dolls is phasing out or something. They used to be much more responsive to questions. The last couple of years I've had emails go unanswered or had quite a delay in getting a response, one regarding a doll I was interested in buying. It also seems like they are not adding new merchandise frequently, other than Smart Doll.
       
    4. If you send them money, they definitely send your merchandise, no problem there. The postage is calculated at a box rate though, and too high for a few small items that could be mailed in a envelope.
