Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       * How was the communication?
      It was great. I emailed them because I have few questions about the EMS Premium shipment + UPS (my country is served only by that courier service, speaking about shipments from S.Korea) and they replied very quickly!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, I used paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      She became before shipping on the 18th of May, and shipped out on the 22nd. She reached Italy in 3 days. I actually received her on the 26th, because nobody was at home the 25th, when UPS tried the first delivery.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. The body is just fantastic and I adore the Mio sculpt!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, it does.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Absolutely! I can say I have not been so excited about a doll in so long. I own smaller BJD, many of them are OOAK or limited edition resin dolls made by freelance artists. It's my first purchase from a 'big' company and I was afraid the quality of resin/doll wasn't the same as the dolls I already own but...Minifee are special, very well-made and absolutely beautiful!

      July 11, 2018

      * How was the communication?
      It was simple, easy to understand although it can take up to 48 hours for them to reply since I have ordered directly from Fairyland website.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      PayPal. Very easy and I do prefer full payment so I won't have any more problems trying to remember when is the next layaway deadline.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Not that long. It was Shipped on October 11, arrived in my county in less than 10 hours and then I picked up the box from customs at October 15. It's just the customs clearance that took long.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Well, all BJDs are very expensive. But since this is sculpture and art, I can say it was worth my money.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes definitely.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very satisfied. I even emailed them my customer satisfactory feedback.

      * How was the communication? Great! They also helped me get the event head added so I didn't miss out, because I was fairly new to how doll events worked.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy!
      * How long did it take to ship? I received her in four months on May 8, 2020. She shipped about a week or two prior and got here fast.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely. It was about $700 and the detail in the outfit are just absolutely breathtaking.

      I had some questions about the Winter Event and Shipping, and they were answered promptly. I had an issue with my order and am still waiting to hear back a reply.

      Very Easy

      It shipped May 20, 2020

      Yes

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes (for the most part). The dolls are beautiful and the face up is stunning, but one of the layers of her dress is frayed and coming apart.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      They offered to have after care and the designer will fix it if I am willing to ship it back. I feel that all they will do is trim the fraying part and seal it (with fray check or flame). I doubt they will take the stitching apart and add another layer. It seems like it is more hassle than it is worth. I wish this wasn't an issue in the first place. I would assume given the skill of these artists, they know organza frays.

      March 28, 2021 from DDE

      * How was the communication?

      I was answered pretty promptly and nothing took longer than a couple days in terms of correspondence, even while talking through DDE Customer Service.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Very Easy!

      * How long did it take to ship?

      She shipped from DDE on September 21 and arrived to me on September 25, 20201.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

      Nothing missing or broken but I do have one thing that I hope gets handled differently in the future. Miwa was my first Fairyland doll after years of owning LUTS dolls, so the friction fit head caps were new to me and I expected it before Miwa came home. But what I didn't expect was how loose the head cap would be (to the point of falling off with a light touch) on the limited event head. Both the sleeping head and normal head were fine with their fits but I was really disappointed to see it on the limited event head in particular, since it's limited. It was disheartening to find out that others didn't have loose head caps on their event heads and it made me wonder why the quality control is spotty in that regard. I understand friction fit head caps will naturally get loose over time due to the use and wear and tear over time but I did not expect that kind of thing from something straight from the box. Then to find out that this was considered "normal" and that Fairyland's quality has gone down recently was really a shock to me.

      I don't expect perfection from any company but I do expect to have some semblance of quality standard, especially if some people are receiving things like head caps on doll heads perfectly fine and others receive dolls with head caps that are so loose to the point of falling off at the slightest movement or touch.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      I contacted both DDE and Fairyland through DDE and both have told me it wasn't a defect, so I have since started using eye putty to help assist with keeping the head cap on.

      * Would you order from this company again?

      Yes but with apprehension. I love Fairyland's dolls but I really hope that things like loose head caps straight from the box won't be considered "normal" anymore in the future, especially if you're paying a lot of money for their product.

      Shipped out on the 28th of February 2023 and was delivered in the UK on the 3rd of March. Incredibly fast shipping!

      Yes, the body is incredible and the tan skin colour looks great and even with no bubbles or imperfections.

      Yes absolutely.
