      Amazing. They reply swift and in good english. They are very friendly and try to help you the best they can.

      Very easy. I paid through Paypal and everything was explained well.

      It took 22 days until I got a shipping notice (23-12-2008).

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. It was totally worth it. Their service is amazing and the quality of the doll is great <3

      It was even better in real life.

      I asked Fairyland if they could ship the body unstrung, because I wanted them to ship it in a smaller box. That way I would not have so much problems with the customs here. They were very kind through the emails, explaining the risks of sending him unstrung and if I still wanted to do so. When I received the box, all the parts were carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap, the elastic already cut into the right size. I even got a string-puller as a gift and a manual on how the body was put together. I can definitely recommend this company, just for their friendly and high-quality service.

      It shipped out on Jan.2 and got here Jan.5. So in total, 28 days. And they said processing time was 40 days, so I was pleasantly surprised she came so quickly!

      Really good, i found out about 3 days after id ordered and paid that i would be moving house. I contacted Fairyland via email to ask them if it would be possible to ship it to my mothers address as i wasnt sure if i would still be living at the address id gave them. They were really nice about it and changed my invoice to my mothers address. Arrived there no problem. I also asked if it was possible for my ante to be sent with green eyes...again no problem there. She came with green eyes.

      Very easy, i requested to pay via paypal, they sent me the paypal invoice the following day.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Just under 40 working days as it says on the site.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definatly, doll, wig, shoes all well made with no obvious problems. Faceups on the awake and sleeping face are very well done.

      --Excellent. They answered all my questions within a day.

      --Well, it wasn't as easy as I'd have liked it to be. I live in Japan but my credit card and paypal account are based in the U.S. I chose to pay with my credit card (as there are shipping restrictions tied to paypal when you're not living at the address associated with your account). Even then it wasn't easy, as they required tedious forms of verification. I understand why they needed such verification, but it was still a bit of a bother.

      --It took the amount of time listed on the site: 40 days exactly.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      --The quality is AMAZING. I am thrilled with my purchase.

      --Fairyland DID mark the worth of the package down when they shipped it. I did not request that service from them. For those of you thinking about ordering from Fairyland and do not want this service, you should request that they not mark your package down upon placing your order.

      --They were extremely willing to work with me despite the strangeness of my payment situation (namely living at an address different from that associated with my credit card).

      --Fairyland creates dolls of the highest quality. Buyers will be in very good hands if they choose to purchase from Fairyland. I strongly recommend them.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, definitely. I actually wanted the MiniFee event head too, so I spent a little more to qualify for the head.

      Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, the only slight issue was a scratch on her knee, but since I had a stressful time with the postal services I'm going to live with the flaw.

      Very Easy, with Card.

      43 days total or ~31 business days

      Absolutely!! My only complaint would be that Gaius (El) was strung really tight.....

      They have some problems with english understanding/writing, but if you take time to explain and express yourself they would always listen and understand ^^

      It took 33 days until I got a shipping notice, then 4more days to get home.

      I have first ordered just a head+body a la carte set. And two weeks later I have asked them if they could add a sleeping head to it. They did, I have payed the added sleeping head price and it all went well. I have also asked them to put a specific eye color (although it should be random) and if they could mark down the price of the box for shipping.
      It all worked, I am really grateful, they are extremely flexible!!
